"January 16, 1880
It has been long and tedious work, but King Edmund has been returned to form. After many long nights of research, tests, and development I brought him back to his former glory. After the competition was suspended 60 years ago, I was the only person from the heiresses allowed near the king. I was always under close watch. Never alone and yet never in company. Ammie has been under house arrest in the palace. She is followed everywhere by heavily armed guards of Edmund's choosing. Saryia and Exous have returned to our home. I have not seen much of them since. Exous, and Leonidas left their best men to watch me. I do receive plenty of telephone calls from them both. Exous' are reports on Saryia. She has escalated greatly. She has become much more violent with the maids she acquires. I am glad that I have had the time necessary to complete my mental health research. I have concluded that if Blume really wishes to regain control of her body she must be the one to do it. Saryia was her creation, and it is her mind that can destroy her. I will simplify act as the hand that guides her. I do hope that Saryia has not done the opposite. Saryia could have already killed Blume. 60 years is more than enough time to do so. Hopefully I am not too late."

"Is the car ready?" I look up at the servant and he nods.

"Yes Princess. All of you belongings are ready as well." I stand from the chair and walk past him. The royal coven waits in the entrance hall. Ammie and Edmund are there as well to say goodbye to me.

"I will miss you dearly my daughter." King Edmund embraces me then gives me a hard pat on the back. I believe I did my job too well. That hurt tremendously.

"I am forever in your debt Jamie." I bow my head.

"I only did what was right. That needs no reward." He smiles.

"I'll be sending word to you and Saryia soon. Expect to return here in a few months." I nod my head. Ammie comes up to me and extends her hand. I shake it.

"See you soon sister." After that she leaves. She's been in a deep depression for a long time. The cause however, is none of my concern. I wave at the coven one last time as I leave the palace. Once I get in the car I tell the driver to go. After such a long time at that place I hope to never see it again. As a matter of fact, I wish to leave England and Europe in general. My mind has wandered back to America. Much has happened in my almost 200 year absence. They have gain their independence, expanded west, and freed their enslaved people. I only knew about the blacks being freed through Ajay. He sent me a letter and in it I could tell how overjoyed he was. I was happy for him and his people. It was long overdue. I find it hypocritical that the white Americans could celebrate their freedom, but still support slavery. As I pondered on it, I thought of freeing our humans. It is barbaric what some vampires do, Saryia in particular. No one should hold possession over another wether in the same species or not. I know that in a few moths the Elders and the rest of court will be there. It will be my time to bring up the matter. I have major support in Lady Tolley. She might support me in this push, or in the least I hope she does. Vampires have been enslaving humans since we first appeared. It will be a hard institution to dismantle.

The drive was long, but I reached my destination within two hours according to my pocket watch. The other cars of my belongings and research pulls up in front of the mansion. I made sure not to leave an ounce of any plants in the royal palace. Last thing we need is Ammie trying to kill the king again. When I step out the car the servants bow to me. They all welcome me home. This group have never seen me before. I am relived that the humans we did have here when we left are hopefully at peace. From what I can see on some of the girls Saryia has already welcomed them to their new reality. I walk past them and into the house. That is odd. No one is here to welcome me. I hear voices down the hall. As I walk there the voices become much clearer. Saryia, Boudicca, Leonidas, Exous, and Ajay are all there. They seem to be going over war plans of some sort. Who are we going to war against?
