Your probably wondering why her dad hasn't be in this story often.
Jasmine's Dad, David Love, is a businessman. He tries his best to spend time with Jasmine but work work work always come.
Working alone is hard but easier at the same time.
He's loves his family, proud of his older son, and daughter. Also if his hard work.
He has a lot of money from it but doesn't show it off. He just wanted to be a basic family.
One day, Jasmine's mom and him went on a business trip and told Jasmine about it. They left her a note. They hoped that she would be ok with it since it was kinda last minute.
Jasmine and I, we were close but not like we were before same with my son.
It was honestly my fault.
I put my work, before my family. Every. Single. Time.
Being a businessman, means not able to have time to do a lot of stuff you do and that's why he doesn't pop in this story before but during the whole story, he was kidnapped.
During this family trip, I was determined to change that once I got back home. Spend time off, or quitting or anything just to give Jasmine, my attention.
On the plane there, I was just thinking.
About how I got here.. The hard work that I payed.. I still remember what I did.. which was so wrong..
I shake my head to just forget it. I started to sleep..
A few minutes later, someone woke me up. I was told that we are here. I get off and went to the hotel that we are staying in.
I look around and it was beautiful. The view was just magnificent until..
I saw a note. It was in the counter.
The handwriting was familiar.
Jasmine's mom, Jade, was next to me.
"Honey? What's wrong?" I looked at the note.
"Long time, no see buddy. Hope your trip here was worth leaving your precious daughter, Jasmine, at home. ;)"
I knew who it was. I can't believe him. I knew why he wants to get Jasmine. I can't put her life in danger.
I then went to the fridge to try to forget about this but there was another note on the fridge.
All I saw was a number and was told to call it
I told Jade to come here. She was confused but I explained everything to her.
A few minutes later, She nodded and we called the number.
"Hey buddy. I guess you found the note."
"Yes, I have. What do you want?"
"You know what I fuckin want. I want what I fuckin started. I want my credit. I want EVERYTHING that you have because that was FUCKIN MINE."
"Ok, but what does Jasmine have to do with this? This is my mistake and I don't want my family to be involved in this madness."
There was a pause. Silence.
