Impatiently, Kaya and I waited for our plane to board. The day had finally come and we were flying to Australia. I still felt bad that Harry had to pay for it, but the urge to see him was just too big.
All my life, I hadn't been on planes much, so every time I had to get on one, it scared the crap out of me. I was scared of heights, so flying was a challenge for me, but it would be worth it. I could finally spend a few days with Harry, maybe we could go out and see Australia. I'd never been there, so I wad excited for what was to come.
When our plane finally landed, we got on and sat down in our seats. Harry had booked first class, although I had repeatedly told him that Economy Class seats would be fine, since I wanted him to pay less.
I slept through the flight while listening to music or I watched some movies. My legs were sore from all the sitting, so I was relieved when we finally landed at the airport.
Harry had told me, he wouldn't be able to pick me up at the airport, since they had a meeting to attend.
Kaya and I looked out for someone that Harry had sent. Just a few feet away, there was a man holding a sign saying Scarlett Thompson, clearly in Harry's handwriting. I smiled to myself. We checked into our rooms as soon as we arrived at the hotel. They had given me the keys to Harry's room, so I could wait for him there. I unpacked some of my stuff and then jumped in the shower to refresh myself. I was hoping that Harry would arrive soon, so we could still spend some alone time before his show. I put on some denim shorts and a white pullover. After putting on some makeup, I heard the door open.
"Scar?" I heard his ever so familiar voice.
I ran out of the bathroom and hurried to the front door of the suite, where Harry was already waiting. I jumped into his arms, hugging him as tight as I could.
"I can't breathe," he chuckled after a while, making me let him go.
"Sorry, I'm just happy to see you."
"You wouldn't believe how much I missed you," he mumbled.
"Prove it," I said, making him grin.
After a few seconds, his lips met mine. The familiar feeling of butterflies in my stomach spread, as our kiss became more passionate.
He interrupted the kiss for a second, to whisper, "Jump."
I did as he said, and he carried me to the bed, gently laying me down. We started kissing again, this time he continued moving on to my neck, sending shivers down my spine. Just the smallest touch of him, sent thousands of electric shocks through my body. My eyes closed, I enjoyed his lips on my neck, when suddenly his phone went off.
He sighed and grabbed his phone from his pocket. "Sorry, I gotta answer that."
"It's fine," I said, sitting up. He picked up and walked around the room.
"Are you kidding? 20 minutes? I really can't-" He stayed silent for a second, before sighing. "Alright, I'll be there."
He came back and gave me an apologizing look. "Scar, I'm so sorry. We have a recording session and then we have soundcheck-"
"Hey," I said, getting up and cupping his cheeks with my hands. "Don't apologize, I understand."
"You're the best," he said, pressing his lips onto mine. "I'll see you tonight. Your VIP passes are on that table over there."
"Alright," I replied.
He apologized once more and then left. I sighed and sat down on the bed. Well, it was only today. We could still have plenty of time for ourselves in the following days. I grabbed my bag, put the passes in there and left the room. There was still a lot of time left, so I took the chance and knocked on Kaya's door. She opened after a few seconds.
"Hey!" She asked. "What are you doing here? Aren't you with Harry?"
She asked me to come in and closed the door behind me. "Well, I was with him for a solid 10 minutes, but then he had to leave."
She must've noticed that I was feeling a little down, so she gave me a hug. "Hey, I'm sure he'll have more time for you."
"Yeah," I mumbled. "So, do you wanna do something? Maybe get to see Sydney?"
"Sure thing," she said. "Let me just put on something else."
I nodded and sat down on her sofa. I checked my phone and saw a message from my boyfriend.
Sorry I had to leave, princess. I'll see you later. Thanks for understanding.
I smiled slightly, replying Don't worry. Doing some exploring with Kaya. See you later, I love you.As soon as Kaya was dressed, we went to the city. We did some sightseeing and then sat down in a café.
"By the way, thanks for taking me. I never thought I'd ever visit Sydney," she thanked me.
"You should thank Harry," I replied. "I feel kinda bad that he's paying for all this."
"Well, he loves you and he wants to see you," Kaya said, shrugging. "You can pay for your next vacation."
"You're right. I just hope he'll have more time for me. He's always so busy."
"Hey, keep your head up! He's got shows today and tomorrow and maybe a few meetings, but he sure as hell didn't fly you out here so you can sit in your hotel room all day."
I laughed. She was right. What could possibly go wrong?
