Darius Berwick sat at the long round table inside of the 'Presentation Room' waiting on the woman whom had an interview. He glanced down at his watch and grimaced. He didn't like to be kept waiting. Darius sighed and threaded his fingers through his short wavy black hair, so black that it seemed to have a blue tint to it. He began to tap his fingers upon the table while looking her resume and some other papers over. He still had time to think of how to improve this veterinary hospital. He knew that veterinary hospitals were nothing compared to human hospitals, but that didn't mean he did not make a load of money each and every year. He made plenty of it. Sometimes it was too much to even handle. A knock then sounded at the door, drawing his attention. It was her, he could sense it.

"Come in." He hollered in that silky deep tone that made the women sway.

A woman entered slowly, her dress plain and yet quite intriguing. Darius licked his lips and set down the papers he held. She had not much of a sex appeal, but for some reason he felt drawn to her. An odd reaction, but he could get used to it.

"Um...I'm here for my interview." She muttered nervously.

Darius smiled inwardly and leaned back in his chair. He motioned her to sit across the table from him. Searching the table top, he found what he needed. He picked up her resume and looked it over again before lifting his gaze up to hers, his golden eyes burning into hers.

"Tiffany Wilson. From what I can see here, you have a college Degree and currently starting your Master's Degree." He stated. "It also says you are experienced with animals too, you volunteer at an animal shelter?"

Tiffany nodded and licked her lips, his eyes following the motion with eagerness. He shouldn't get distracted so easily. Clearing his throat, he glanced back down at her resume and looked over it once more just to get the image of her out of his head.

"Um...Sir, May I ask for your name?" Tiffany asked cautiously.

Darius looked back up at her. "Darius Berwick, you may call me Darius. I am also the president of this Vet."

Tiffany glanced up at him with amazement and shock. She then glanced away and smiled as she tucked a strand of her golden red hair behind her ear. He had never seen such fine hair and beautiful eyes. Her eyes looked like jewels that twinkled in the light. Emerald jewels. He studied her appearance further and frowned. Her creamy white skin was blemish free, was that even possible. It looked so smooth and perfect. Darius found it an odd sensation; he wanted to touch her, a woman he had just met.

"It says here that the position you desire is a nurse. Why?" He asked with curiosity.

Tiffany placed her hands in her lap and leaned forward nervously, her shoulders bunched up. He could tell she was nervous from her tenseness. He watched her while waiting for a reply.

"Well, because I have just started my Master's at the moment and I hope to also get my PhD so that I can later become a veterinarian. I want to help animals because I adore them and they understand me even more than what humans do." She finally replied.

Understood her more than humans? Interesting. Darius found her very interesting. She liked animals did she? What would she do if she found out she was speaking to one right now? Actually, Darius was a Werewolf, born and bred. He was raised to be Alpha, yet till now, never took his rightful place. Amongst the pack, they believed that before he could become their Alpha, he should find his mate. It was a bunch of bullshit really. Why must he need a wife, a mate for power he rightfully deserved? He really didn't understand.
