Abnormal Behavior part one

"Drake do you have any extra water I can have?" Mia asks. "Don't you have Your own?" Drake says back sounding rude. "I drink all of mine, I'm so sorry I'm not half enderman and I don't need to drink much of anything." Drake sighs and tosses Mia a bottle of water. "Drake why are you being so rude all of sudden." Grayson questions. "I'm not." Drake says back. "Well the last time I checked your usually not one to say anything back when someone asked something of you, especially anything mean." Grayson explains when the mage turns around to face him. Out of no where Drake punches Grayson, then like that the tension that was surrounding them was gone. Drake takes a step back and looks down at his hands. "What in hell was that for?" Grayson asks yelling at the mage. "I'm sorry I don't know what happened." Drake says as the dream like feeling disappeared. "What do you mean you don't know what happened? You were being extremely rude to me and when Grayson asked you why you punched him." Mia says. "You both know well enough I don't get mad especially at any of my friends. And I would never get mad at someone over something like water, I barely drink any of it anyway." Drake says stating the obvious. "Then what happened?" Grayson questions. "I don't know everything felt like a dream when that all happened." Drake explains. "Now I think about it we have been getting in agreements a lot more the last few days. Is there a chance something is making this happen." Mia points out. "Well we haven't gotten mad enough to get into an actual fight though." Grayson adds. "If something is doing this to us me getting mad to the point of punching Grayson is very realistic. Because if I do get annoyed by something I will get mad quickly." Drake explains. "It's getting late so we should set up camp here, we can figure this out in the morning ." Grayson suggests. They all agree and Mia and Grayson fall asleep as Drake kept watch for the night. All of Drake's senses were hyper aware now that it was night, as some of his characteristics of being half endermen showed. He quickly turns around to see an nightmare sneaking up on his two sleeping friends. The second it sees Drake it disappears setting off red alarms in his head. "Grayson Mia wake up." Drake quickly says and both the elf and human wake up and jump to there feet. "What's going on." Grayson quickly asks. "Nightmare." Drake simply says. This nightmare seemed different though, Drake never liked the feeling that nightmare's magic signatures gave off but this one was worse. "Behind you!" Mia yells at the hybrid. Drake turns around to be face to face with the nightmare, who looks him directly in the eyes. He then teleports backwards not liking to be looked directly in the eyes, it was the weirdest thing to even Drake but if someone or something that he doesn't consider a friend or harmless looked him directly in the eyes he always got extremely uncomfortable and even slightly scared. Mia and Grayson draw there swords giving Drake a second to recover his thoughts. "It's the thing that's been doing this." Drake explains drawing his own sword. "How do you know?" Mia questions. "I just do." Drake answers back.
