Jess slowly woke up in the treehouse with Shawn, Lee and Kit. Kit was sleeping lightly on the futon, Lee was sitting in a chair staring at Jess and Shawn was reading a book and listening to music. Jess was tied with her arms behind the tree that poked through the treehouse.

"Oh, how I love waking up to your handsome face," Jess said, staring at Shawn and Shawn glared at her. He prepared for this. He knew she'd put on the charm and he'd have to pretend it didn't phase him. There was something inside of him that loved when she called him handsome. It was something he couldn't control and he hated it about himself.

"Give me one reason why we shouldn't kill you right now," Lee said, standing up and Jess smiled.

"I have information you want and because I'm such a good girl, I'm not going to give it to you," Jess said. Lee shrugged and walked over to Shawn.

"You like this thing right? More than life itself? What if I punch him in the face? How about a break his nose?" Lee asked and Jess started to look worried. "Not gonna talk?" Lee asked and turned back to Shawn and punch him in the nose.

"Owww, fuck! I think you actually broke my fucking nose, Lee!" Shawn yelped and held his nose. Lee looked to Kit with a 'whoops' on his face.

"Okay, okay. I'll talk just don't hurt my baby!" Jess caved. Lee walked over to Jess and Kit brought Shawn over to look at his nose. When Shawn sat down and Kit was staring at his nose, he winked at her and smiled and she smiled back. "You guys know about the Headless Horseman right? Dead German warrior, got his head chopped off, runs around trying to find his head? I just want you to expect to see him soon. 'Cause we're going to bring all four of them around and they're going to be some angry motherfuckers," Jess said, smiling evilly and Lee's heart sank. He knew exactly what she was talking about and it wasn't good.

"Anything else you'd like to share with the class?" Kit asked, walking over, annoyed.

"Just that you're going to die. No biggie, no one really cares anyways. It's not that big of a secret, anyways. Now that I've told you everything I know, can I go home and take care of my parents?" she said, smiling like a bitch. Lee smiled back and grabbed something that was hidden underneath his jacket and placed it in front of Jess.

"I thought I'd make you a little housewarming gift," Lee said, smiling.

"What do you mean by 'housewarming'?" Jess asked, cautiously. Lee pulled his jacket up.

"Y'know, considering you have the house all to yourself now," Lee said. Underneath the jacket was a planter pot made out of Jess's 'parents'. Parts of their face paint we're still there, their faces contorting to the shape of the pot. Jess's heart filled with rage.

"You broke my fucking parents, you asshole!" Jess screamed and Lee smirked.

"Maybe now you'll go home and stop screwing with us. It's not fun when you lose everything because someone decided to ruin it for fun. That being said, it was extremely satisfying to make your parents into a planter," Lee said, smiling at Jess. Kit walked over to Jess and reached behind the tree that she was tied to and Kit cut the rope with her switchblade. Jess wriggled away and left the treehouse with a screech.

"Okay, Horsemen. We'll just kill them like everything else. Now what do we do?" Kit asked as she put her knife away.

"Now we get to do the research that comes along with the job," Lee said, sarcastically sounding excited.

The three decided to go to Lee's house since Lee's dad had the most books about lore. On the way, Kit thought about how serious Jess's death threat was, if it was anything at all to think about. Jess's information was usually right which was why it scared her.
