Till Death Do Us Part

Slipping into the warehouse, I grinned as my boyfriend, Red Robin, told me instructions.

"It should be near the back," he said, over the communicator.

"Okay."

I ran silently into the back of the warehouse.

Pitch black nothing yawned in front of me.

I flipped on my flashlight and searched for the door.

Finding it, I heard Tim drop behind me.

"It's right here," I said.

Tim smiled at me, and opened the door.

As we were about to walk in the door, a cackle made us jump with surprise.

"Joker," Tim said.

I pulled out my escrima sticks and ran forward.

Joker hit me with laughing gas.

As I gasped for air, Tim punched and kicked Joker.

Tim stuffed an antidote into my mouth and I breathed normally again.

Behind Tim, Joker raised a crowbar.

Slamming into Tim's head, the crowbar made a hollow sound.

I screamed.

"I'll do what I did to Jason to Tim! It's so fun to break lovers apart!" Joker cackled.

"Take me instead!" I screamed. "Not Tim. Please not Tim."

My eyes begged Joker.

"Alright. You're prettier than him anyways!"

Joker pulled out a bomb.

It was attached to a belt and he buckled the belt around my wrists.

Joker dragged Tim out of sight.

The timer on the bomb wasn't moving?

"Patience, sweetheart."

Joker raised the crowbar again.

It struck my head and I felt blood in my mouth

He began to beat me harder.

I screamed in pain as each stroke drew more blood.

After a brutal three minutes, Joker activated the bomb.

Luckily, Joker had moved Tim into his truck.

Joker laughed and left the warehouse, probably to the truck.

As the timer counted down, my heart ached for Tim.

"Till death do us part," I whispered into the darkness.

The timer hit zero.

A blinding pain ripped through me and everything fell back into darkness.

This was the end.

Tim held his head in his hands.

"If only I'd been more careful. If only I'd been awake. If only I'd died instead of Y/n."

He knew what if's aren't going to bring you back.

He knew he couldn't change the past.

Tim still hurt, though. He still craved you, needed you.

Tears of pain streamed down his face.

"Till death do us part."
