Hayes and Ashlynn' s big finish

       Hayes' pov

           Today was the big day. Ashlynn and I are meeting the President today. Its Amazing. He was so cool. We shook his hands and held out our diplomas as our parents took our pictures. When we got to Arizona (where we moved ) we hung it on the wall. Our families all moved into a mansion with 9 bedrooms, 2 family rooms,3 fireplaces ,10 bathrooms3 living room, 1 kitchen with 2 bars, 1 dining area and a grand hall.

We had a huge pool in the back and acres of woods and springs and Rivers. And sand. We lived on a dead end street with one neighbor. She was a single mother with 3 kids. The youngest was 14, the middle child was 17 and the oldest was 18. We didn't hang out that Much because ashlynn and I were 26.

   

                           I left the house without telling anybody where I was going. I checked my phone once I reached the mall. I had 17 missed messages and 5 missed calls. All from Ashlynn. I slid my phone back into my pocket and walked into the jewelers. I looked at almost all the rings there. Except for a couple. Then, I found it.

                                      The perfect ring. It had a golden band and small diamonds lining the side with 4 Green diamonds in the center with a red diamond shimmering  in the middle. It was beautiful.

" Are these real diamonds?", I asked trying to seem nice.

"Yes, they are all real. Now, do u want to purchase this ring?", the man behind the counter said. I believe his name tag read,

  Hello, my name is...

         Tim

"Actaully, yes I am waiting to buy this ring. Im trying  to propose to my girlfriend tomorrow night."

"Well then, you can pick it up tomorrow around 12."

"Thank you" I walked out before he could answer. I bought myself a pretzal and got into my blue truck. I drove home feeling happier than ever.

                      I got home and burst through the door.

"where the hell have you been"

I heard ashlynn scream. I went to the mall.

"Why the hell didn't you text me back or call me"

     

            She slapped my chest hard and ran upstairs. Ashlynn,

Wait.

"No, leave me alone"

She ran into her room and slammed the door. The bathroom that connected  our rooms was slammed shut too.

      "SHIT", I screamed and jogged up the stairs 2 at a time. I pounded at the door and juggled the knob.

"Im changing she yelled and came out wearing her pajamas.

I just got the ring and was making my way downtown To a new restaurant. We pulled over to park and got out. We were about to go inside when it happened.
