                                          forgiveness

               We asked the nurse if we could see her body. To say good bye. We went down to the morgue to "visit" her. The nurse opened the "freezer" where she was. We all opened our mouths as wide as they could open. Oh My God. This wasn't Ashlynn. This was some stranger. She had short brown hair, really thin, and maybe mid 20's. Who is this, I asked. This is Samantha, the nurse said confused. Where's the patient that was staying in room 4553?Oh, the nurse exclaimed, she got moved into room 4542. We all ran into the elevator up to floor 4. We ran down the hall way into room 542. There was Ashlynn sitting in bed. Finally, she yelled, you called an hour ago saying you were coming. sorry, we said still shocked. We brought Hayes in. He was all set to go home. Ashlynn was ready to go home in a few days. Jade was coming over tomorrow. Angie was leaving with her parents to go to the Bahamas. It was going to be me and Jade. When Ashlynn came home we all hung out on her room. She couldn't really leave her house but she could move around. We were all thankful that she was ok. Hayes didn't leave her house at all. Jade left after about 3 days and Angie came back on the 4th day. We watched a movie in Ashlynn' s house and ended up coming to my house around 2 in the morning. We crashed on the couch and woke up really late. Maybe around 1 in the afternoon. We went out to lunch and came back later on in the day. We bought Ashlynn some food back. We hung out for a while and we all slept at Ashlynn' s. That night I was on the phone with Christy for hours on end. Her boyfriend Chuck was in the hospital for being pushed out of a window during a fight. Her sister was coming to visit me, and her parents were on their way to Europe for some meeting. She was staying at her boyfriends house. I told her what happened with Ashlynn and she laughed. It was kind of funny. But it was really scary. We were glad that everybody was ok. We made plans to go to Louisiana during Spring break. We always go to. Its a tradition. My brother will meet us up there in our "mansion". Really, it's just a one floor house that's really, really big. It will be fun. I can't wait.
