It was the day after Candice and Grant's first date. Today was another busy day filled with acting and memorizing lines from their scripts. Candice, Grant, Carlos and Danielle were all in a coffee break room, sitting and chilling. "Omg did you guys know about the carnival yesterday? It looked so pretty in the pictures from the internet and I really wanted to go" , said Danielle, "Any of you guys went?" . Carlos looked at Grant and Candice, all three of them didn't say anything. "Um am I talking to a wall?", Danielle said. Candice quickly replied, "No you're not talking to a wall Danielle". Danielle starting to get annoyed, said "So why isn't anyone answering?" , Grant quickly said, "I went to the carnival yesterday, Candice too, in fact we both went together." . Carlos and Candice quickly turned to look at Grant, he shrugged "I mean she did ask us.". The room was silent for about a minute or so. Danielle broke the silence and said, "You two went together, as a date?" , both Grant and Candice didn't know what to say, so Carlos jumped in to their defense, "I was supposed to go too, and Keiynan, as a squad you know, we both couldn't make it so Grant and Candice had their fun at the carnival." . Danielle now eyeballed all three of them slowly, with jealousy and rage in her, "Squad huh?". "Yeah, squad." , Grant said. "Cool well I hoped you both had fun." , "We did, thanks" , Candice said and for some reason she felt really annoyed at Danielle. Danielle ignored Candice and quickly changed the subject, "So you guys remember that we have a cast interview tomorrow right?", "Yeah we do", Carlos said. "Okay cool, I'm off to my trailer then, bye guys.", and Danielle left. "Omg Carlos, thanks so much for covering up for me and Candice", Grant said. "Of course, anything for my favorite couple" , Carlos said and winked at them. Candice was surprised on how Carlos knew, "What do you mean 'favorite couple' ? And how did you know about our carnival date?", Cisco laughed, "you mean 'friends date' ?" And he laughed even more. Candice felt so shy and embarrassed, Grant did too. "Omg Grant, you told him everything?", Candice said looking at Grant. Grant said, "Yeah, I'm sorry, but he's my best friend, I really trust him and I really needed advice and someone to talk to about this.". "Even if Grant didn't tell me, I already knew that he liked you", Carlos said to Candice. Candice smiled, "Well can you keep a secret about us?, I don't want people to know", Grant and Cisco both confused looked at Candice and both said in unison "Why?", "I just like to keep things private" , Candice replied. Grant and Carlos nodded to show her that they understood. But Grant didn't really understand, he's beyond obsessed with Candice, he wants the entire earth to know that their together, even though they weren't official yet, he wanted the world to know that she's his girl. But he understands that she wants privacy, so he will respect that...

It was late evening and early night was breaking in. Everyone was preparing to go home after a long day on set. Grant walked up to Candice's trailer and knocked on her door, she opened the door and he went in. Candice smiled at him, "Hey what do you need?", "To kiss you" , Grant said and he leaned in to kiss her. "Candice Patton, I want us to be official, I know it's so fast, we just went on our first date yesterday, but can I call you mine and will you be my girlfriend?", Grant asked Candice as he looked into her eyes hopefully. Candice didn't know what to say at that moment. People that are in love should take their time, because relationships that starts fast, end fast...
"Yea Grant, of course" , Candice finally said. Grant was so happy and he leaned in to kiss her, she kissed him back and they both smiled.

"I wanna go on a date again with you Candice" , Grant said as he looked deeply into Candice's eyes. Candice was happy and said , "Me too Grant, where do you want to go?" , "Anywhere with you". Candice could feel herself blushing so hard "Aw Grant you're the cutest" , "No you are", Grant smirked. "So I guess we're official now?" , Grant asked Candice, "Official", she said and she kissed his cheek and they both went back to their apartments.
