Candice finally stopped crying. Just as she was about to get out of the toilet stall, someone came in the toilet. It was Danielle on the phone with Andrew, "Yes, the plan worked, I did as you told me, don't mention Candice or Iris once.". Candice was so shocked and felt her heart racing so fast. Danielle continued on the phone, "Don't worry, Todd would change his mind on 'WestAllen' , if I continue talking about 'snowbarry', he would see how popular the ship is and he would cancel 'westallen'. I mean it happened on Arrow right? , there was so much shipping wars, so the writers killed off Lauren and 'Lauricity', so 'Olicity' was formed. Don't worry Andrew, that would happen with 'Westallen' and 'snowbarry'. You couldn't persuade Todd that 'Westallen' won't ever work, but don't worry me and my 'snowbarry' fans can and will be able to persuade him. Candice was so shocked to hear all of this. She didn't know what to do at all. She just wanted to be on her own. Sometimes this world sucks, so Candice go to her own. But not today, she will stand up for herself. "Okay bye Andrew, we can talk later" Danielle said and she ended her call with Andrew. Immediately, Candice came out of the bathroom stall she was in, "Hey Danielle". Danielle completely stunned, turned around and looked at Candice with a shocked look on her face. "Seriously Danielle? I really thought you were better than this, Is this yours and Andrew's plan all along right from the start?", Danielle shot back, "Don't take it personal Candice, but the whole world doesn't revolve around you, and not everyone likes you". "I know Danielle, but seriously, how could you?", Candice said with tears streaming down her face. Danielle started to get annoyed, "Oh please crybaby, save the tears for the pillow hun, welcome to the real world.". Candice continued crying,, Danielle was now extremely irritated, told her, "Just because your fans think your perfect, doesn't mean that you are Candice.". Candice stopped crying and instantly shot back, "I may not be perfect, but at least I'm not you Danielle.", and she instantly ran rapidly out of the bathroom. She ran past Grant, who was looking for her everywhere, "Hey Candice, wait up! Where have you been?", Grant called after her. Candice ignored him and quickly went to her car and begged her driver to take her back to her apartment immediately. "But there's a cast dinner after this Miss.Patton", the driver told her. "I know, but I'm not feeling well, please, just take me home.". So her driver took her to her apartment. The entire car ride Grant was calling her phone non stop and texting her, but she ignored. 

Once she reached her apartment, she immediately took a hot bubble bath to calm her down. After that, she changed into her pajamas and went to curl up on her couch with a hot tea. She started crying again. She needed someone to talk to so she called her best friend that she loves dearly and can trust with her whole heart, Caity Lotz. She called her, Caity picked up the call, "Hey Candice, what's up?". Candice told her everything, like everything, from when she asked Grant on a date, their 'friend's date', their first kiss and everything about Danielle and Andrew.". Caity was instantly so shocked to hear all of this and felt so bad for her best friend, "Aw babe, I'm so sorry to hear everything about Danielle and Andrew. I never knew those two were like that". Candice still felt so sad, "Yeah". Caity continued, "We'll talk about that later because I need to get something straight, you're finally dating Grant Gustin?!". Candice wasn't in the mood to talk about Grant, "Yeah, I guess so". "and he didn't defend you when Danielle were talking about 'snowbarry' ?", Caity asked stunned. Candice started to cry again, "yeah, and I feel like he doesn't even care at all Caity, I really don't know what to do." Caity felt extremely bad for her best friend, "aw I really wish I was there with you to comfort you, just give him a chance Candice, and if he takes it for granted, he doesn't deserve you at all." Candice said, "Thank you so much Caity, you really are the best, you're a legend.". Caity laughed at her friend's joke, Candice did too. They were laughing for a while and made puns. Candice then said, "Staying at home and talking to my bestie is so much better than attending a cast dinner". Caity was shocked, "Candice you're not at your cast dinner tonight???", Candice was confused on why her bestie was shocked, "yeahhh... is it a bad thing?". "It's not a bad thing, it's just not a good thing to not attend it Candice, remember there would be lots of photographs being taken, what if the press or photographers don't see you there?, they would make speculations, and you would never know what Danielle and Andrew would tell the cast or the press, they could make something up and ruin your image babe.", Caity told her friend and continued, "So please go to the cast dinner, do it for me, for you, for Grant and for everyone who would want to see you there.". Candice smiled and felt better, she didn't know what she would do without her best friend Caity, "You know what, I'm going right now, thank you so so so much for the talk Caity, you're my best friend and I really don't know what I would do without you.". Caity smiled to herself and felt so happy that she made her friend feel better, "Aw I'm so glad to hear that bestie, I love you." , Candice smiled to herself, "I love you too.". Caity finally said, "Now go and be strong like I know you are.".

Then the call ended and Candice got ready to make an appearance at the cast dinner because she is strong and she won't let anything or anyone bring her down.
