That is a very tough question.
Realistically speaking, I would probably want to be no one because I don't really know many people that I look up to.
Fictionally, I would like to be Karma from Assassination Classroom because he is not afraid to do random things and skip school just for fun. Also, because he is a sadistic devil who put hot wasabi sauce in someones nose...
If I could be anything realistic, I would want to be a cute beagle because they are really adorable and they have long floppy ears.
If I could be anything in a fictional world, I would want to be a little, shy, timid, helpful fairy because I like fairies that are shy, little and timid.
