I love u all... So here it goes!

It was 3 am, and our squad was wide awake as though 3 pm. No one knew why they weren't sleepy after such a tiresome day that we had.

I very badly wanted to sleep but I just couldn't so I went ahead and asked Nora if she would accompany me for a walk in the forest. As the daring girl that she was, she agreed at once without a second thought like as though she was waiting for me to ask her this. It was not a safe time to be alone in the forest with such a pretty girl walking beside me while I looked like a potato head.

We walked in silence, which would have been very uncomfortable in other circumstances, but at that particular moment it felt very soothing and perfect. Though at some point I had to break the silence when I heard Nora sigh.

"What's the matter?" I asked.

"I'm just wondering why I can't sleep" She sounded a little annoyed.

"Yeah my sleep too has gone on a current exile"

She laughed "I swear!"

Hearing her laugh bought a smile to my face.

"What's going on your mind Joe?"

"Nothing, why?"

"Then why that unnecessary smile"

"Your laughter!"

"Sorry?"

"Nothing. Can you hear that?"

"What?" She got freaked.

"The nature"

"Ohh goodness, you scared me, I thought it was a forest bear"

"What? Noo. I'm talking about the leaves, the fireflies, the wind and all."

"Yeah I know, sounds so peaceful right."

"Yes"

We stayed quite again, paying more attention to the noises that surrounded us, it really was soothing. We walked and walked without any proper goal or direction, kicking stones on the way, breathing the scent of earth and freshness which we don't get in the city.

"You know, you've sort of changed." She broke the silence.

"In what sense? My looks, my voice, my style?"

"No, generally. You were different before."

"Like what?"

"I don't know how to put it in words."

"Then act out."

She burst laughing at that comment. "You're quite crazy you know, has anyone ever told you that?"

"Yes everyone, since the day I was born." I said smiling while showing as many teeth as possible, and she giggled at that.

"Everyone changes with time you know, you too have changed." I said.

"Yeah you're right... I guess."

"I'm right as hell."

"Soooo, what are your future plans ?" She asked after a very long pause.

"Nothing much, just grow up and get married."

"Haha very funny, I'm asking you seriously." She said seeming very interested in my life all of a sudden.
