Life for Charlotte Xavier after the Cuban Missile Crisis is not easy.
The world is quickly being made aware of the existence of mutants. Erik and Raven have left to start the Brotherhood. Charlotte herself is left paralyzed and forced to cope without her sister and Erik.
Soon thereafter, however, she finds the most shocking change of all.
