Allura has always liked Pidge's short hair, since it's not common for female Alteans to have short hair. Thinking it would be fun to try, she asks Pidge to cut her hair for her. Pidge obliges, but it doesn't turn out as well as she hopes- well what do you expect, Pidge has never cut anyone's hair besides her own before. Even though it is uneven and rather choppy, Allura loves it and nobody else dares to make fun of it, even telling her how nice it looks. Bonus points if Allura knows it's bloody awful the entire time but loves it and the other's reactions anyway.
*tbh I love Allura's gorgeous hair I would kinda be sad if she cut if XD*
