"Chris, Sofia come back!" I yell while running after them.

"Aunt Ally, be fast. We will miss the ice cream truck otherwise. I want ice cream." Chris shouts back.

"Me too," Sofia says in agreement.

"Stop! Stop!" I huff, completely out of breath. At last, the truck stops. As they stop the truck, I reach them. Finally.

"Oh! Thank god you guys stopped. You sure will be some good athlete in future." I say breathlessly.

"What is an athlete aunty?" Four-year-old Sofia asks me as I reach to hold her little hand.

"Its a person who is good in sports," I say with a wide smile. She's is too cute for a four-year-old.

"What flavour do you want kids?" the man asks in a playful tone.

"Vanilla with choco chips," Sofia replies to him in a sweet manner.

"I will get a Napoleon, thanks," Chris replies. He has always been a very obedient child, just like his father. He even looks a lot like him with his blue eyes, except for his brunette hair.

The man hands them their ice cream and turns to me. "You have really adorable kids. What would you like, ma'am?"

"Um, no they aren't my kids."

"Oh, sorry, my mistake." The man scratches his head nervously. "Anyway, one cotton candy in a cone, please." I smile at him. He hands me my order.
"Here."

"Thanks."

"What is sports? Is it something to eat?" Sofia says while licking her spoon.

"No sugar, sports means, um, games that people play." I can't help but let out a small laugh at the way she asks. She's so small yet full of curiosity.

When we reach the car, the chauffeur greets and opens the door for us. "Thank you," I reply.

After getting inside the car, Chris suddenly asks. "There is only one bodyguard today. Why?"

"I asked them not to come. We were just shopping so I thought why not give them some rest?" I reply.

"Why do you always have bodyguards around you? Do you have enemies that hurt you?" he asks again.

"No sweetheart, I don't think I have enemies. They are just for helping me keep a little distance from the fans and media. Sometimes they get so violent that they would even jump at you." I say while reaching for the water bottle in the small fridge of my limousine.

"Yeah, I saw on tv. So many people were shouting your name. You're so famous."

I can't help but smile back at him. He's smart.

"Did we miss anything from our shopping list?" Sofia pipes in.

"No, I don't think we did. We have the decorations for the Christmas tree, the cake will be at home in two hours, ordered the food, got you tonight's dresses, and yeah, that's it. We haven't missed anything."

"Ally, don't tell mom that you bought me ice cream, please... she would be furious," Chris says.

"Why?"

"I just recovered from cold. She told me not to have ice cream," he says chuckling to himself. "Please?"

"Okay. I won't but you have to promise you won't trick me like that again. Otherwise, I will let Sarah know everything. Deal?"

"Deal," he replies with a wide grin on his face.

As soon as we reach the house, the kids slip out of the car and take off running towards the house. "Let's see who wins Ally!"
