I'm currently walking to my siblings school. I'm going to walk them home and just catch up with them. I don't spend as much time with them as I should. They live in London but it's 30 minutes away from the halo tower. 5 minutes from their house is a garage and I've dropped my car there as it's a little faulty in the engine due to the cold. Their school in only 10 minutes from their house so I don't mind walking.
I get to the primary part as I'm getting TJ first. I see all the parents lining up outside waiting to collect their child. Soon all the children run out onto the playground and go to their parents or the apparatus. I don't see TJ so I walk into the classroom to see him sitting on a chair.
"Hey TJ" he looks up and runs to me and I open my arms and pick him up
"Maddieeee" he shouts and hugs me. I laugh
"hey buddy how are you" I look down and notice he doesn't have any shoes on.
"I'm okay but I couldn't play as my shoe broke" he said while looking down.
A lady comes into the classroom and smiles once she notices me.
"Hi you must be here for TJ, not to be rude but who are to the family as I haven't seen you here before" I smile and set TJ down
"I'm maddie, his big sister and also what's with this shoe situation" she smiles and gets his shoes out of his bag
"ahh lovely to meet you and yes the bottom of his shoe has completely worn out meaning his feet got wet on the snow and his shoe has completely broke so we brought him in here and he wasn't very happy" I laugh and look at TJ who's playing with some Lego.
"Ahh okay well thankyou, TJ put your shoes on so your feet don't get cold and I'll give you a piggyback ride home then" he cheers and gets his shoes. The lady laughs.
"Is your mum at work today" she asks me while sitting at her desk
"ehh no I don't think so I just wanted to see the kids as I haven't seen them in ages" I tell her while leaning down so TJ can jump on my back.
