i wake up with arms wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to another body. i look to see johnny with his lips slightly parted and his hair all scruffled up. i smile as i caress his face. his eyes start to blink open, meaning he's waking up. his emerald eyes meet my chocolate brown eyes, both of us smiling. "hey, sleepy head" i giggle.

"don't annoy me at this time of the morning, kenz." he whines, in his raspy morning voice. 

"hey, don't be rude." i softly punch his arm. he scrunches up his face in what he called 'pain'. my phone starts to vibrate on johnny's side table, so i grab it and look at the caller ID. "shit." i curse, seeing my mother's name written on the screen. i hit the green button and hold the device up to my ear. "hello?" i say nervously.

"mackenzie frances! where are you!" she shouts through the phone in anger. 

"i'm so sorry mum, i decided to stay at johnny's." i apologize. "i thought maddie would have told you."  i say quietly.

"thank fine hun, i'm glad you safe." she sighs. "i'm guessing i'll see you later on."

"yes, mum" i chuckle. "love you."

"love you too." she blows a kiss through the phone and hangs up. i place my phone back on the side table and turn back around to see johnny out of it again. i smile and place a kiss on his cheek and snuggle back into his warm body.

"lauren!" mum shouts excitedly from the kitchen. i groan. 

"what!" i shout back, still staring at my phone, replying to all my snapchats. 

"quick, get down here!" she screams in excitement. i roll my eyes and throw my phone onto my bed, placing my slippers on my feet. i quietly walk down the stairs seeing johnny's door is still closed, meaning he is still asleep. 

"i'm here." i sluggishly say.

"look at this photo!" she squeals, jumping up and down on her feet.

"woah, calm down. it's still early in the morning." i snatch her phone off her, looking at a photo on her phone. my jaw drops and a smile forms. 

"isn't it cute!" she still jumps up and down. "i knew this would happen!" she smiles widely.

"oh my goodness," i say, still smiling in shock. "jenzie is so real." i laugh.

"what's jenzie?" she asks dumbly.

"johnny and kenzie's name smashed together." i use my hand motions, pretending to smash two objects together. my mum squeals before we hear a door creak open upstairs. my eyes widen as i place my hand over my mum's mouth, shutting her up. 

"can you shut up! i'm trying to sleep!" johnny shouts from his door.

"sorry, hun!" mum shouts. we burst out laughing as soon as we hear his door close again.
