Chapter 18: Night Night

Eventually, night falls on the busy Glade. Today Newt lead me to Alby and he gave me a tour.

Things were alright, but Alby kept shutting down my questions and I would always catch boys staring at us. Well, me.

Finally it is night, unfortunate for me.

I run up to Alby, "Please don't make me sleep outside again!" I plead.

He just laughs, "I won't make you sleep near a bunch of hormonal shanks!" he says, "although the only one who is not is me," Alby says.

"But if your the only, nonhormonal one, will I sleep with you?" I ask.

"No, shank, you'll sleep with..." Alby is interrupted.

"You'll sleep with me greenie," Newt says, "Wait...that sounds..."

"Slim it Newt, take her to your bed," Alby says and then walks away.

My face is red, but Newt just laughs.

"He's kidding greenie," Newt chuckles and leads me to bed.
