YES IT'LL BE THE SIX OF US BUT WE GOT FOUR BEDROOMS AND THAT ONE COULD BE YOURS! + THREE BATHS (ones a half but there's a toilet and shower in there)
All we ask is to have two simple qualities...
-be able to afford their half of the rent, the rent each month is $3,450! 🙄 as you can see you'll need to have a job. basically out of your pocket you have to pay $575 each month.
- be respectful of us and we will do the same.

We live in a wonderful 1,746 sqft two-story home located in downtown LA where many shops are accessible in walking distance or via Uber. We have two parking spaces available, we only use one so if you have a vehicle that one is yours! There's also extra guest parking, security can assist if needed. Four bedrooms, three baths, recently remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. We also have a pool and central air, lastly pets are welcomed!
