DYSMENORRHEA WAS a bitch! Currently at day three, the symptoms of Dane's pain were slowly but surely started to subside thanks to her home remedies, however she still decided to take a personal day from her job just for her sis, uterus to get her shit together. Not to mention the fact that she still had her car situation to figure out. If Dane was on top of her aunt ruby coming to town, she could have doctored on this issue instead of taking the immense pain at full force. Dane didn't need the stress of worrying about her car as stress made the cramps significantly worse and she attempted to trust Brandon with figuring the situation out.

This was the first time the boys had to adjust to the wrath of Dane's dysmenorrhea. There was no point in hiding it, and she couldn't even if she wanted to. It's not like Dane hasn't seen these boys wrapped up in some embarrassing but truthful shit in the full month she's been living with them. Nonetheless all the boys took different approaches at Dane's issue. Of course during day three she wasn't nearly as bad as the first day with Brandon finding her curled up in a ball, by the toilet unconscious and covered in her own sweat with rough breaths escaping through her nostrils.

Brandon and Edwin seemed to be the most helpful even though Dane wasn't expecting it or asking for it. The cocoa haired boy figured it out immediately as he had to deal with a similar issue with his older sister before and didn't mind helping. That evening he made it his mission to carry Dane back to her room, crank the air up a little bit, get her a cool towel for her skin, and get her some tea and bread. After that day Edwin seemed to take over while the remaining three stayed the fuck outta the way. Edwin had been equally sweet finding healthy organic meals that wouldn't upset her tummy (even though Dane snapped at him, "I want cornbread and yams! I'm tired of eating leaves!" - "No can do hermosa, those are definitely not healthy. Maybe tasty but not the best option, especially right now." — "You don't know my body, Edwin!"— "I mean is that a proposition?" — "Get out.") , purchased a heating pad for her as he looked to his mom for some advice which seemed to win Dane over a little bit, he even encouraged her to exercise with him ("exercise is supposed to be good for like, getting rid of cramps and stuff. I don't know that's just what I heard.." — "would you like for me to step on your throat then?") however she later came around finding Edwin lifting weights in the garage while she made her way over to the yoga mat, and lastly he decided to give Dane a list of shows to watch before leaving for a late night art class ("I know how much you'll miss me while I'm gone so here's my son, dude. You can cuddle him while you're watching those legendary shows I put you on to." — "Edwin, when have I ever said I wanted to cuddle with you? And second, I don't want that ugly ass twisted metal inspired doll in my bed." — "well damn. Me and dude love you too.")
