For the first time in the span of these horrendous three days, I am actually glad - Genuinely, in a way; relieved - Relieved that I'm this guy named Hunter, relieved that I'm not myself and truly, praise-the-Lord relieved that I don't have to face my humiliation.

Ella Tamer's parties have always been a viral hit. Everyone who's anyone are invited and even if you weren't, you're bound to hear if something incredible happened. If a fight went down, you'll know. If someone loses their V-card, you'll know. If some freaking guy starts randomly flapping his arms in the middle of the party, you'll still eventually know.

And if a girl barfed on her date before promptly finding out she has been played by said date and his friends, then Oh, honey, the gossip train will take no detour in the notion of making it viral.

But even though I don't have to face this as myself, simply hearing rumors about it makes me want to throw up.

So, I made the decision of spending my lunch break at the library instead of the cafeteria. I mean, I might as well do some research about what happened to Hunter and I. Since, you know, libraries are just the epitome of solutions for all sorts of weird problems. Because apparently, the internet is just not serious enough about these sorts of matters.

Trust me because I checked my phone during all of Hunter's classes in which I wasn't paying attention.

Then, as I'm sitting in the library going through a stack of books on paranormal stuffs; correlating with voodoo, magic and these types of phenomenons, a girl decides to sit in front of me - completely out of nowhere and without any sort of warning before hand.

I look up from my book, not knowing who to expect. So, I'm pretty shocked when my eyes are met with a very beautiful Bridgett Olson sitting across from me, grinning widely.

Needless to say, I'm a bit taken off guard

Needless to say, I'm a bit taken off guard. Bridgett Olson is one of South Cross's most popular girls and I've never spoken a single word to her before. For a moment there, I'm so confused as to why she's decided to suddenly give me her attention.

Then I realized that I'm not little nobody Luna. I'm the handsome Hunter Collins.

"Um, can I.. help you?" I ask politely while silently trying to hide the titles of the books scattered around the table.
