Yoongi's POV
I watched her as she pouted at the table. 'shes adorable when shes salty' I chuckled to myself which got her attention. She gave me a pleading look. I smirked to myself and patted her head.
"nah I think their right I'll see you at school Y/n-ah" i grabbed my keys and shoes and walked to the door. I heard someone walk up behind me.
"hyung wait up!" Jungkook placed a hand on my shoulder as he finally caught up. I laughed and watched as he struggled with his shoe. He glared at me but got in the car. As i was about to pull away jimin ran out of the house waving his hands. I rolled my eyes and shouted out the window.
"hurry up slow poke." He got in and drove to school the to younger discussing school work and choreography.
"alright we're here, OuT" I locked my car and walked into school heading to my first class. I readjusted my beanie and walked into my first class. I was super tired. I leaned my head on my desk only to be awoken about 30 seconds before the bell as Tae slide in his seat next to me accidentally bumping me. I glared at him.
"did she eat?"
"yea not much but something, I uh- sorry for waking you"
My glare softened as i looked at him.
"Nah we're cool just DON'T make it a habit"
He laughed nervously and looked up at the teacher as small smile settled on his lips.
Your POV
The classes flew by really quick. I wasn't bothered by anyone. At least not yet, the tension was rising and everyone knew it. As the bell rang for lunch period I walked slower than usual I stayed behind everyone and keep my eyes open just in case anything was about to happen. I almost screamed as i felt a hand on my shoulder. I Spun around only to be met with the amused face of yoongi.
"Hey! you just gave me a heart attack you know." I glared at him and readjusted my books which were resting on my healing rib. 'ow' He noticed and took my books from me walking to the lunch room.
"hey! Yoongi!" I ran up behind him. "my books, Give them back." I pouted as he didn't even bother to turn around.
"nope"
I was almost hit with the lunch room door as i stood shocked. i watched him walk our table which the rest had already gathered around. I huffed and walked up to the table, arms crossed.
Yoongi's POV
As i reached the table and looked back at her, i set her books down ignoring the questioning looks from the rest of the group. Her face was flushed a deep red on her cheeks her deep grey eyes sparking a deep clear blue. I could feel her huff from across the entire room and i smiled and sat down.
As she made her way to the table she grabbed her books and stuck her tongue out at me. She proceeded to sit across from me and was basically attacked with questions from Jin.
"Did you eat? Are you going to eat? How are you feeling? Do you need to go to the nurse? Are you happy? Are you upset? Did anyone else do anything? Do you need help on your homework? Can i help? Do i look ok? Do you need a hug?"
She looked up at him and her mouth making a small o.
"uhhhh... Yes? no? What??"
She looked around as we all laughed. She smiled and then started to laugh with us. A real laugh. It came through like magic strong and clear, beautiful. You felt the happiness when she laughed and i could tell that this was the first time in a long time that she actually truly laughed. Our faces mimicked each other as all 7 of us looked at her in utter shock and awe. Jimin hand put his hands over his mouth and was making the face you would as if he saw a cute puppy.
She giggled a little till she realised we were all looking at her, which earned us a major blush from her and a small timide what.
Tae broke the slilence first. He got up and threw his arms around her a huge smile on his face. She smiled as her face was smashed into his chest lovingly. She awkwardly patted his back. As he sat back down i finally broke out of my daze and grabbed her hand. I ran out of the lunchroom into the music room with her smiling confused face trailing behind. As i shut the door she looked around confused.
"yoongi why did you do-" I cut her off as I place a gentle kiss on her forehead. I put my forehead against hers and looked into her eyes.
"I promise you that i will make sure you laugh like that every day. I want, no i need to hear you happy like that" I watched as she blushed. After a moment of hesitation, she placed a quick peck on my cheek and walked to the door not meeting my eyes.
"I'll- I'll hold you to that" As she looked back to me she showed me her gummy smile. Wide and happy. We walked back to the lunch room hand in hand. We sat back down only to be met with the knowing smiles of the rest. For right now we are in our own little happy bubble oblivious to the growing tension. For right now, we were happy.
