I woke up this morning with new thoughts and realization. Dad is quite right. I should not make Margaux my world but he's not right on his second statement. I'm not too young for this. I know what is right from wrong and I already knew what love is. Nobody can tell me whom I should love.
When I got out of my room, Jade ran towards me and brought me outside our house. I wonder why everybody was there and they have a visitor which I can't recognize. Thia is even here together with her mom. When they noticed me, everyone gave me their sweetest smile and they show their visitor to me.
"Margaux?," and she smiled.
"Drake, Margaux is here since six in the morning and was waiting for you because --," someone interrupted my mother.
"I want to say sorry for what happened earlier," and everyone goes back inside the house, leaving the two of us alone.
"Sorry for what?"
"Sorry for the last night. Sorry if I kissed you and. . .," she stared at me with her eyes saying that she was really sorry, " . . .sorry if I lied."
Lied? What does she mean?
"Drake, I don't know if this was right. Loving you, after all, is the best thing that ever happened to me. When we're together, I feel like something moving creatures on my stomach and if we're apart, I can't seem to get you out of my mind. Drake, you have no idea how happy I am when you told me you feel the same way too, for me."
"So you're saying that you love me too?"
She curved a smile. "Yes."
"If this was a dream, I never want to wake up."
She laughed and held my face. "Me too."
I grabbed her hands and locked it into mine.
"I love you Margaux."
"I love you too, Drake," and I kissed her.
