Even in just one second, I cannot convinced myself not to think of Margaux because I was afraid that I might got killed because of too much love. I don't understand anymore on what I am feeling for her right now. If it is infatuation or love already. Love is an unselfish caring about the interests of the other while infatuation is selfish, restrictive. One thinks “What does this do for me?” or “What can Margaux do to me?”
I gazed at my watch and it was passed eight. I was strolling in some rocky roads when I saw a girl peeking outside our house and immediately ran towards her.
I realized it was her. What is she doing here?
She faced me. "Ohyou?"
I smiled.
"What's going on with this house?"
"They're celebrating."
"Celebrating a what?"
"My birthday," and I looked away.
"Can I come?"
"I thought you wouldn't come."
"Well, I've changed my mind."
I signed her to join me entering the h ouse. I don't care if how my familiy will react when they saw me with this very beautiful creature beside me. She followed me inside and the first person to recognized us is my dad.
He seemed surprised because I never bought any girl here before. Margaux was the first.
"Who is he son?," my dad asked teasinglt.
"Margaux. My friend."
My special friend.
I got shocked when she, alone, introduced herself to my dad without my help. I though she can't do it alone but I guess now, she have built her confidence. Suddenly, my mom joined the conversation.
"Nice to meet you Margaux. Is my son nice to you?"
