Snowflake and Frost (Abandoned/On Hiatus)

#2 Nothing changed

Cisco's POV

I'm sitting alone in the cortex waiting for Caitlin to come. Her shift should have ended a hour ago. Why isn't she here already? She was always on time before. Maybe something happened to her? Oh god! I need to find her. I walk over to her desk and open the drawer under it. I take out a necklace with a golden snowflake on it. I gave her that as a birthday present two years ago.
—-Flashback—-
I hear heels clicking on the ground and turn around as Caitlin walks into the cortex. She smiles at me and walks over to her desk.
"Any metas?", she asks."No" ,I reply and stand up. I check if anybody is in sight and walk over to her. She looks up at me with a confused face. I smile at her and give her a small box wrapped in blue striped paper.
"I know you said you don't want anything and also don't want to celebrate but I'm your all-but-blood brother so I have to give you a present on your birthday. And don't worry I didn't tell Barry it's your birthday."
She carefully unwraps her present and opens the small box. She gasps. "Cisco, I told  you I don't want anything and especially nothing so expensive." "And I said no matter what I will always will get you something. So wanna put it on?", I ask. She nods and hands me the necklace. It has a beautiful golden necklace with a snowflake. I put it around her neck and she stands up and hugs me.
"Hey guys! Whats going on?", asks Barry stepping in the cortex. I quickly step infront of the wrapping paper."Umm.Nothing.", I quickly answer."I..um..just wanted to give Cisco a hug.", Caitlin replies still smiling happily.

—-Back to reality—-
I take the necklace and vibe her. She is lying on the ground unconscious. I start to look around. It looks like she has a new apartment. I look out of the window hoping to see a street name. There found it. I come out of my vibe and open a portal to the street. I quickly run in the building and to Caitlins door. I knock at it hoping she would wake up. Wait! I can just open a portal inside and go through.

Caitlin's POV

"Hey, Caitlin wake up! Caitlin!"I hear a voice say and feel somebody shaking me. I open my eyes.
"Cisco? What are you doing here? How did you get in? I locked the door or did I?" I ask sleepy. I remember Killer Frost taking control and teleporting here.Then I passed out.
'Yes sleepyhead. You gave me hell of a headache.', Killer Frost commented.
"Are you alright Caitlin? You didn't show up at STAR Labs so I vibed you and saw you laying unconscious in the room so I quickly came here. Why were you unconscious?", Cisco asks you in worry."I'm fine Cisco. Let's get to STAR Labs.", I say trying to avoid further questions.He opens a portal and we hop through. I stand in the middle of the cortex.
'Nothing changed, huh Snowflake?', asks Killer Frost.
'Yeah.' I answer.

"I missed you, Caitlin. I really did." Cisco says hugging me. I smile and hug him back. "We should start to work on how to save Barry, right Caitlin?" I smile and nod. I follow him into his workshop. He quickly explains me his plan and we start to work on it.

—A few hours of working on the plan later—-
"Caitlin?"
"Yes, Cisco?", I turn around looking at him.
"How did you get rid of her? I've been wondering about this since I finally had found you."
I froze. Should I tell him the truth? He was so scared of me when he came back from Earth-2 and he when I developed these stupid powers after Flashpoint. He would be scared of me. He would tell the others and they would lock me in the pipeline again. I began to panic. I could feel my eyes turn blue. Cisco had his back to me but started to turn around to face me because I was quite. I quickly turned away.
"It's alright. I understand. You don't have to answer me." He must have noticed me tensing up. We continued to work on the plan. We had finished it at almost 4am. We packed everything up and loaded it into one of the STAR Labs vans. We made our way to the hangar and build everything up.

—-1pm with Cisco preparing everything—-

"Caitlin? Is it okay for you if I get Joe and Wally here?" looked at me waiting for an answer.
"It's okay, I guess. But do you think they forgive me after all I have done to them?"I did appreciate the idea of seeing them but I don't know if they would like to see me."Hey, they will forgive you just like I did." He gave me a reassuring smile and I nod. He walks a few meters away and phones them. I walk behind the van to get my laptop.
'This will be fun. Maybe I should just take control and hurt them again.', Killer Frost says in my head.
'Don't you even Dare. To. Touch. Them. Or I will make sure you will never come out of your cage again.' I threaten her.
'Oh is the little Snowflake angry?' She asks in a mocking tone.
'Oh will you just shut up?' I say.
"But I didn't even say anything Caitlin." answers Cisco standing behind me. Oh crap."Sorry Cisco I didn't notice you there." I answer quickly.
"But who were you talking to then?"
'Oh he's curious. Maybe he will even find out your little secret?' Killer Frost mocks me.
"Um...Nobody just myself."
"Ok...Well whatever. Joe and Wally are on their way are you ready for them?" I nod.
Time to see my former friends again.
