#33 Extreme hacking?

Barry's POV
Singh called me to a crime scene.
"Mr. Allen, still late. At least not six months again.", he says as I enter the building. He leads Joe and me to the crime scene. "God he's everywhere."

The elevator was pretty much covered in blood. It was completely destroyed.

"Looks like he fell to his death.", Joe says.
"No. He was literally shaken to death. See the impacts on the ceiling. Signs that he repeatedly was thrown against it. Where you able to ID the vic?"
"Kurt Rever. Billionaire asshole."
"Excuse me. CCPD tech expert coming through.", Cisco said from behind. I turn to him. He walks to us." Oh good lord! Why would you show me something like that!"
"We think it's because some weird technical glitch and you're a weird tech expert so...", Joe says and moves for Cisco to the elevator.
Cisco gets out a tablet and connects it to the elevator. "That shouldn't be here."
"What is it?"
"Some cryptic code. This wasn't a glitch. This was a hacker."

We finish our work at the crime scene and Cisco and I leave to Star Labs. We enter the cortex and I see Frost and Crys working at Caitlin's desk.
"Where is Caitlin?", I ask them.
"Med-bay. Don't you dare to wake her. Let her sleep. Her vitals are down again and she needs the rest. What did you find at the crime scene?"
"We found a code. The cortex quantum algorithm should decrypt it in no time. We get our hacker. And Barry, I upgraded your suit last night. It's even better than after the samurai.", Cisco says and walks over to my suit. He pulls down a cloth from my suit. My suit looked completely different. Cisco then explained some technical stuff he added. He handed me a huge instruction manual. I love it. I mean I can read it in a few seconds. It just makes fun.
"Hey guys!", Iris exclaims as she enters. I look up from the manual  and smile at her. Just then the breach alert goes off.

Frost and I run to the breach in the speed lab. I prepare myself to run and she points Snart's cold gun at it. Cisco storms in and stands in front of us. "Hey! Hey! HEY! Hold your fire! HOLD YOUR FIRE!"
Gypsy jumps trough the breach. "Hey."
"Hey. You wanna give me a little more notice next time? You know people who wanna kill us come trough here, Right?", Cisco asks her.
"Oh. My bad guys."
"Cisco that was very heroic of you to just jump in and protecting Gypsy like that.", Wally says. When did he arrive?
"Dude. I'm protecting you from her. She would have vaporized you." "He's not lying."

We continue our work on the case. Cisco asked Gypsy to give him one hour so he could crack the code. The alarm went off again. A car got out of control. I run there and save the guy. His car got hacked by the same guy who hacked the elevator.

"This looks like a virus.", Frost says.
"Yes, because it's a hacker."
"No, you idiot.", Crys answers him annoyed and signs for him to make space. Frost types something in the computer and the code changes. "Because it's biological."
"This means our hacker isn't a hacker. He's a meta.", I conclude.
"So he has a hit-list. Is there any connection between the victims?", Wally asks and Cisco starts to search for them. "There's nothing online. Their names. Tim Kwon and Kurt Weaver. They sound very familiar to me. I started to collect these tech magazines in high school."
"Those are the magazines you collected in Highschool?", Wally asks him.
"That hurt, bro. But I'm 90% sure that those names are in them."

We start to search through Cisco's magazines. Caitlin woke up and helped us but she looked a bit tired. After a while we were able to find them. Kurt Weaver, Tim Kwon, Sheila Agnani and Ramsey Deacon. They worked together on a computer program named 'Kilg%re'. Just then I got a distress signal from Joe at the CCPD. A robot dropped a granate in front of him but I was able to catch all pieces and nobody was hurt. Kwon somehow vanished but we were able to identify the killer, Ramsey Deacon. Wally, Joe and Crys decided to observe the house of Sheila Agnani.
