Snowflake and Frost (Abandoned/On Hiatus)

#6 That hurt

Cisco's POV
I enter the cortex and wait for the others. Just as Barry enters the alarm goes off.
"Ready to go back on the field? I even made you a new suit." I tell him
"Yeah I know. I already wore it. So where is the meta?" "In front of Jitters" I say as he flashes out of the cortex" it looks like she is fighting against somebody already but is winning." "Who is the other person?"
"Can't see her."
I see Barry arriving at the scene. He finishes of the meta and brings her to the pipeline but when he wants to take the other meta he stops.
" What is it? Why aren't you trowing the other meta in the pipeline?" "It's Killer Frost or Caitlin. I don't know but she can barley stand." "Then bring her back!"
He speeds into the cortex with an unconscious Caitlin in her Killer Frost form in his arms. I run towards him as he puts her in the med-bay.
She is covered in cuts and bruises. She has three metal-pieces in her right arm. Blood is streaming down her nose. Barry and I just watch her laying there.
After a while her wounds start to regenerate and she returns to her Caitlin look.
I tell Barry about Snowflake but I left the 'Iris being a Bitch and the reason Caitlin left again' part out. He agrees to ask Caitlin about it when she wakes up.
—-Hours later—-
Me and Barry didn't leave Caitlin's side. We were worried that she would leave as soon as she wakes up.

Caitlin's POV
'Snowflake, wake up and tell them to stop fucking staring at me...you...us! Whatever just tell them to fucking stop!'
I don't open my eyes but I know I'm laying in bed.
"Shut up. I wanna sleep." I groan and turn to the side.
"Caitlin?"
Crap.
I slowly open my eyes. Cisco is staring at me.
"Hey...Cisco..."
"Caitlin first of all we didn't even talk and second why was Amunet Black attacking you and who the hell is Snowflake?", Cisco asks.
"Cisco let her wake up before she answers all these questions.", says a familiar voice behind me. I sit up and turn around."Barry? You don't talk weird gibberish anymore!" He nods.
"Yeah but you talk some nonsense, Caitlin." Cisco says. Barry shots him a glare. "Just saying."
I try to stand up but my legs won't let me and I fall. But before I could even reach the ground Barry catches me.
"Dr. Snow I order you bed rest. So don't even try to run away." Barry chuckles.
"Mr. Allen are you telling your doctor what is best for her?" I ask him with a serious face. I can see he tries to hold back a laughter but he fails and starts to laugh. I just sit there and smile while Cisco observes us, smiling too.
"How can you keep such a serious face, Cait?", he asks laughing but then stops, realising what he just did. Cisco stops smiling too. They both look at me trying to read my expression.
"I'm sorry Caitlin."
"Don't do it again.", I say cold.
We just sit there in silence.
After a while Cisco speaks up."Caitlin, who is Snowflake? Do we know him or her?"
"Yes, you do. Both of you know her pretty well. You know her for more than three years. Cisco knows her longer and better I believe. He even knows her birthday." I say.
Both start to think about it. Then Cisco asks  me."Then tell me what I gave her as a present once." "This." I say and grab into my pocket and pull out the golden necklace with the snowflake.
Barry looks at it in confusion but Cisco looks like he knows. Barry turns to Cisco."Why does Caitlin have her necklace?"Barry asks.
"Bro, you're more stupid than I am."Cisco says."Caitlin is Snowflake. So when you go all Killer Frost you start to talk about yourself in the 3rd person and call yourself Snowflake, Caitlin?"
"I'm not Killer Frost and Killer Frost is not me."
"No, you are Caitlin Snow and Killer Frost."
"No, I'm not."
'Let me prove it.'
'I don't trust you that much, Frost.'
'I promise I won't hurt them. Either of them. Please, Snowflake.'
'Fine' and I feel myself getting put in the cage and Frost taking control. My physical appearance changes to the one of Frost.
"What?", I ask Barry and Cisco.
"Why did you turn into Killer Frost again, Caitlin?! We didn't do anything!", Cisco asks scared.
"I'm. Not. Caitlin! Get that in your stupid head, vibe boy."
"How are you even here? I thought you just come out when Caitlin uses her powers and looses control?"
"Snowflake gave me control."
"Why?"
"So that you idiots finally understand that we're not the same goddam person."
"So when I though Caitlin was talking to herself she was actually talking to you?"
"Yes. Whoever is in control has the other one as subconscious. We can hear and see almost everything what the other does."
"Almost?"
"It's also possible that one of us is asleep while the other one is awake."
"So how do you know Amunet?"
"I won't tell you that."
"Why?"
"Because she would kill me and Snowflake."
"Fine I'll ask Caitlin later. So why do you keep calling her Snowflake?"
"I don't like her name because everyone keeps calling me that. So I chose a nickname. But I couldn't take Cait because she then would like to punch me in the face like she would like to do with everybody else who does that. I also couldn't take Caity because she immediately gets scared and feels sick like me. So—"
"Why do you two feel sick if somebody calls you 'Caity'?"
"Traumatic event. Memories start to flood back and make us feel sick. So please stop asking about it.", I answer as the memories come back. I begin to feel sick.
"What traumatic event? Who called you or Caitlin 'Caity'?",asks Cisco.
"Stop.", I just answer weakly as I start to remember it. I pull my knees closer and hide myself behind them.
"Who?"
"Stop it.", I feel tears streaming down my cheeks. I clutch my head."No. No, please don't. Make it stop, please!", I say crying.
I give Caitlin the control back. She doesn't put me in a cage again.
She is crying too.
"Why?", is all I could choke out.
"Cisco, Why?", I say more angry.
"I just wanted to—", he answered but was cut off by Iris entering the med-bay.
"Hey Barry I was searching for you the whole day. You vanished this morning and...what is this monster doing here?", Iris says with disgust.
"Don't worry Iris I'll leave."
"But you can't wal—"said Barry but was cut off.
"I'm fine. Bye." I say as I teleport myself back to my apartment.
I land on the floor and just sit there and cry.

Barry's POV
Why did Iris call Caitlin a monster? I know she did some bad things but that. And what was that even about 'don't worry Iris. I'll leave'? And Cisco, why did he keep on asking Caitlin about this 'Caity' thing? And since when was Caitlin able to teleport with her powers? What the hell did I miss while I was gone?
