"We're back on our agreement." Levi told Jack.

"Why?"

"Because I mentioned the kiss." Levi tossed a small rock.

"Okay?" Jack stared at his stressed out looking friend.

"Everything I do bothered her, so everything she does bothers me now."

"I think you're doing something wrong." Jack played with the cigarette in his hand.

Levi looked at Jack arrogantly, "Huh?"

"You can't just hate someone because they don't like you. Didn't you tell her you had a girlfriend?"

"Yeah.."

Jack elbowed Levi in the rib, "so?"

Levi rolled his eyes.

"She's probably jealous..." Jack laughed. Levi didn't. "Whatever.. Point is there should always be respect."

Levi frowned drowning in his own thoughts.

"Bro, maybe you have to wait for her to open her eyes."

Jack was just saying nonsense, and he decided not to pay attention to him. "Jack, you just don't get it, she told me I was a stalker and an idiot who's trying to ruin her life and a whole bunch of lies-"

"Levi dude, maybe you just don't deserve her." Jack teased.

Levi glared, "Thanks... Maybe NO ONE deserves her but her stupid uncle."

"What?" Jack was taken aback, "Did you say her uncle?"

Levi nodded, "She's planning on marrying her uncle."

Jack laughed, "She's got some guts to say that type of thing."

"Tell me about it." Levi murmured.

"Dude, don't tell me he's like 55."

"I wish... He's like 20 something." Levi stared down at his sneakers solemnly.

Jack looked over at Levi who turned quiet, "Bro... uh- you still like her?"

Levi bit his lip and managed a smile, "More than my guitar and muffins."

"He's looking over here." Bailee whispered to Evelyn who had her back to the gate. "He's not bad at all." Bailee stated watching Levi and the guy next to him.

"Bailee, don't do this to me."

"I was just stating a true fact."

Evelyn chewed on her lip, "I don't like him and that's that. I told him to go on living his own life, while I live mine. Because seriously he's some intruder."

Bailee raised an eyebrow, as her friend continued complaining.

"I told him he was no one to make me feel like a puppet." Evelyn sighed. "Don't even know why I have to meet him again.. Or kissed him in the first place." She muttered bitterly.

"Stop being so hard on yourself girl. Things happen for a reason, remember that."

A smile appeared on Evelyn's face as she remembered something, "Danny's coming tomorrow."

Bailee smiled at her, "See."

Evelyn gave her friend a quick hug, "I love you."

Bailee stood up, "I'm going now. Wanna walk me to the end of the block?"

The smile disappeared from Evelyn's face, "oh uh- I'd like to but.. Levi."

"Oh come on Evs, who cares? You don't have to look at him."
