Min Yoongi Point of View
For a couple of days I have been distracted. When my mom asked me to go ask for a cup of sugar from the Jung's house I asked for a cup of Hobi. I don't know what is happening to me. Whenever I look at his house and think of him I have this feeling in my heart. I hate to admit it but I miss him. Ever since the dinner (and the kisses) we haven't seen each other since. I want to see him but whenever I go to his house I am greeted by his parents saying he is busy. But at night I always see him go to his backyard and look up at the stars. I always wondered what was going on in his mind during those times. Hmm maybe I can find out...looking at our backyards the fence isn't that high so I can easily jump it. Also, he goes out to his backyard at two different times. The first time at 8:00 pm to write in this "journal." (I don't know could just be a book that he takes notes in.) Then he goes back inside for a while and when all the lights in his house turn off at 9:45 pm he comes back outside to look at the stars for a long time. If I get to his backyard I can possibly plan something out for him as a surprise. But what to surprise him with? I have already given him flowers what else is there to do? What is romantic? Well what did my older cousin have at her wedding......GOT IT. Candles. It will work out perfect as well since the sky is dark at night and this will light up the area a bit. I can also lay out the candles to form a sun since he is my sunshine...yes I got it. Now all I need to do is get the candles and set them up before 9:45 shouldn't be too hard...
Time skip to 8:45 pm
I went to my local candle store which actually has pretty good reviews..hopefully it is as good as what people say it is.  "Hello welcome to Namjin's candle shop! I am Jin and I will treat you well." He said bowing after I entered. After that I heard a pretty familiar voice come from the back of the store. "Jin! Stop with the cheesy greetings. Help them and then they can leave without being too creeped out." Then I heard a big crash. "Aww man I just broke all of the candles from one of the new boxes.." I recognized that voice...
"Namjoon?" I called out.
"Yoongi, is that really you? Oh my gosh it is. How have you been? How are you with Jimin? Are you getting some romantic candles for him? Hm??"
"I'm good. Actually I am getting candles for somebody else. My fiancé actually. We are getting married because our parents decided it would be a good match for the business. I like him though. He is cool, sweet, caring, and the brightest person you will ever meet."
"Wow, sounds like you really like him. What's his name?"
"Hoseok. Jung Hoseok." I then heard Jin gasp.
"JUNG HOSEOK?? I know him. I treat him like my own child. Since he really doesn't have anybody.....As a matter of fact he is my favorite cousin."
"Really? Also what do you mean doesn't really have anybody?"
"I would tell you but it is not my personal information to share. You will have to talk to Hoseok. But don't do it tonight wait a while because if you do this for him and then ask a question like that, it wouldn't go well with my Hoseok."
"Okay. Well anyways maybe we can exchange numbers so we could possibly hang out altogether one day."
"Yes we need to do that sometime. I haven't seen my Hoseok for a while now. Here I'll give you my number so we can plan something out."
"Okay....oh shoot it is already 9:00 I need to get home soon I don't have to get home immediately since we are neighbors but it would still be a good idea to get a head start on this surprise I could need it. Anyways got any ideas for the candles?" I saw Jin go into this room and then came back with this box full of candles.
"Here take these. These are white candles with butterflies on them. They look elegant yet are still down to Earth. Perfect for my Hoseok." Jin said handing me the box.
"Thank you. How much do they cost?" I asked while taking out my wallet.
"Nonsense. These are on the store. Especially if it for my child. Come by anytime. Now go and make my dear happy. Goodbye!"
"Thank you so much. I will definitely stop by and most likely will bring Hoseok with me. Bye Jin. Bye Namjoon!"
"Bye Yoongi!" I heard him call out and then another crash coming after that. I laughed...when will he ever stop breaking stuff? Then I turned around and left Namjin's store.
I am finally done. It is 9:43 and I am finally done with the candles. I hope he likes what I spelled out for him along with the sun. Oh it is 9:44 I better get into position and wait for him to step outside to be greeted by me.
Jung Hoseok Point of View
"Goodnight mom." I called out.
"Night." As I heard my parent's door close I carefully jumped out of my bed to go gaze at the stars as I always do. When I walking towards the glass door I noticed a light emerging from the backyard. When I got close enough to the door to make out what was outside a tear escaped my eye. I opened the door and stepped outside seeing the person I missed so much standing next to these candles that spelled out, -You are my sunshine.- along with a sun.
"Why did you do all of this?"
He smiled. "I wanted to surprise you. We haven't seen each other for a few days and to be honest I missed you." I didn't say anything. My actions spoke louder than my words. I wrapped my hands around his neck pulling him closer and gave him a short, passionate kiss. He reacted but what surprised me was he didn't push me away but pulled me in closer. (If that was even possible.) "Hobi. I missed you so much. Even though we only met a couple of weeks ago I think I am developing feelings for you." My heart skipped a couple of beats. "Yoongi. I missed you too. I honestly feel the same way. The first time I saw you I knew you were different. You had this fire to you and I was drawn to it. After we hung out at that picnic I knew I couldn't  leave you. I haven't just developed feelings for you I have fallen. I lay here every night looking at the stars because they remind me of you and that makes me happy." He didn't say anything. He didn't have to. What he did was amazing enough. He grabbed a hold of my hand and interlocked our fingers. He looked up into my eyes and smiled this gummy smile that melted my heart. He made a heart towards me and then pointed up at the stars suggesting we both just stare at them. Then we lay on our backs just gazing up at the stars. I don't know if it was about Yoongi being with me but the stars seemed like they were shining the brightest I have seen. Whatever it was I was definitely not complaining. I just lay there looking ate the stars with Yoongi for what seemed like hours. (Again not complaining about that either.)
Time Skip to 12:00 am
What broke us out of our trances was my watch beeping signaling it was a new day. But when I saw what day it was I internally screamed.
"Make a wish."
"What?"
"It is your birthday."
"It is? I have been so distracted lately that I completely forgot about my own birthday. Oh well." He said while shrugging.
"What do you mean oh well? You still have to make a wish it still is your birthday after all."
"I am sorry but I cannot."
"Why not?"
"Because all that I wish for is right in front of me." I swear my face turned a light pink from blushing maybe an even darker shade.
"Oh stop being cheesy."
"If being cheesy means telling the truth then too bad because I won't stop." He then pulled me close with our bodies almost touching. "Also, I think I have fallen for you too and with you being here is my wish coming true." Then he kissed me and I kissed back. Still with our fingers interlocked.
Happy Birthday Suga! Min Yoongi you will always be my first and favorite. You are such an amazing person I will stand by you no matter what. Keep fighting!
