chapter 1: He's alive

Since you lived on base already you didn't have to get a dorm at the garrison. Every morning you would just walk over. The bad thing was that since they knew you were a part of the school once Keith, one of your best friends, was kicked out of the garrison he wasn't aloud to come visit you because they were afraid that he would be a bad influence and/or we would do "something". The thing is that you would still sneak him in sometimes. The instructors also made it so that you had to stay one night a week since Adam wasn't back yet and they said shiro was KIA. Of course you would just go with pidge and you would listen for aliens on the roof. Today was the day you do the simulators and you had to spend the night. Lance had just crashed the simulator and they were coming out.

"Maybe the other students can learn from this horrible excuse for a simulator run." Ivorson (idk how to spell his name) said. He was so mad you can see the vanes in his neck. "Can any one tell me what they did wrong"

"The pilot crashed" "The engineer through up in the engine compartment" "The navigator took of his seatbelt" The students keep saying things they did wrong while Iverson would sometimes make commits.

" Remember that you're only here because the best Pilot in the class dropped out because of disciplinary issues" He was talking about Keith. "Don't mess up and become like the crew on the kerborois (idk how to spell that ether) mission."

You and pidge lost it. "That's not true sir!" You said simultaneously. Lance tried to cover both our mouths, but you caught his hand. "Sorry sir he must have hit his head when he fell." Lance said referring to pidge while you glared at him.

Iverson looked at you. "And how about you what's your excuse. What's your name cadet?"

"(Y/N) shirogane" you said kind of glaring at him. Everyone gasped and lance looked at you astonished.

"Oh that explains it your takashi shirogane's sister." He said looking at you.

"Correct" you said not even adding a sir because he was really pissing you off and he didn't deserve it.

He turned away knowing he could do nothing. "Ok next team."

Your team was next you did excellent. You walked out smirking at Iverson because he was astonished. You guess he thought since you were a little sassy that you would do bad or something stupid like that.

Lance and hunk were sneaking down the hall to get Pidge so they could have team bonding time, but it was lights out. What they didn't know was that you and pidge were already sneaking to the roof. Apparently they saw you two and followed because once you were set up and were listening to the chatter at the edge of the solar system they came up and scared you by lifting your headphones.

"Ahhhh" you and pidge screamed in unison as you turned and punched whoever was behind you in the stomach... It was lance he buckled over and held his stomach.

"Ow. (Y/N) what the hell... You hit hard" He said looking at you.

"Oh hi lance and hunk" you said looking behind pidge to see hunk.

"What are you guys doing up here?" Lance asked as hunk got his hand slapped for touching your stuff.

"We could ask you that same thing." You said looking at lance.

"We followed you." He said

"Shit" you said underneath your breath because if they saw you that means the teachers could've seen you too.

"But again what are you doing" lance asked trying to find out.

You stayed quiet deciding to let pidge deal with it while you went back to your work." We are listening to alien catter in the edge of our solar system." Pidge said casually.
