Chapter 10: Other talent

  Once shown to your room you decided to unpack and get the room the way you wanted it. You first took out your clothes and put them away. Next you put your laptop and work/notes about the alien chatter on your desk. Finally it was time to decorate. Not that you could do much of that, but you did have somethings. For some reason you had fairy lights, but you weren't complaining because they would be good for the room. Surprisingly there was a good amount of them, so you were able to string them up along the top of your bed and across the room to over your desk and dresser. The only problem was that there was no Outlets that would work with the plug, but no big deal you were smart and if you needed help you could ask pidge or hunk. Together you three could easily come up with something. You reached into your bag and pulled out some of your knives. An idea struck you. You went to the bridge and asked coran if there was any spare wood, metal, or plastic pieces lying around. He told you that if there was some in would most likely be in or near the green lion's hanger, so that's were you went. Once you arrived you saw pidge there already using her lab. You ask her if there was anything you could use and she pointed to a pile of metal that looked like the same metal used for the ship. You walked over and found a couple pieces that would work perfectly. You went over to the welder and welded them together in the way you wanted. It was perfect. You took it back up to your room and got to work. What you had made was a beautiful tiered Shelf to display your knives. You set it on top of the dresser and started placing your knives on it. Once you stepped back you thought that your room was still missing something. You couldn't place what was missing so you decided to go on your laptop and put some final touches on some personal projects. A couple of those projects were some inventions or improvements to things that are already made and some needed sketches to be made for them. You made the sketches and once they were done you decided to hang them above the desk. This made the room look a little bit better but not entirely, that gave you an idea. You went to your bag and pulled out your normal sized Sketchbook and your big SketchBook. There was some pictures in there that you have been wanting to put up, but haven't yet. You carefully took them out and hung them up. You still had a couple of minutes before team training, so you decided to draw some more.
