"Helena? Helena! Are you even listening to me?" A young boys voice is heard.
Helena opens her bright green eyes to look up at her older brother leaning over her.
He had short fluffy dark green hair, elf ears and pale skin. Freckles covering his face and his lips a light pink colour. He wore a black turtle neck and a white blazer and a black Cravat. Knee high black boots and a silver small crown on his head.
He looked like a handsome young boy.
Helena sat up, raising a hand to her head "Ah... Did I fall asleep?" she speaks quietly to him, tilting her head slightly.
Helena looked almost identical to her brother, elf ears included, however she had lighter hair than him and paler skin. She wore a long white dress with a pink and peach coloured floral pattern. Her long sleeves covering her pale small hands. A silver tiara resting on her head and plain white slip on shoes.
"Yes, you did. But that is alright! You rested on my lap, My dear sister" he said softly, smiling sweetly as he gently grabbed her hair gently, tangling it in his fingers "Your hair... It is getting lighter and thinner" he spoke with a sad tone to his voice.
"Oh! Yes... I know. But that's okay! It is still really pretty, don't you think?" she murmured, glancing up at him. Her eyes shining.
"Oh, Helena... Of course" he smiled "You are always going to have the prettiest hair in the world, that is what I will always tell you"
"Ah! You are too kind!" Helena exclaimed, holding her face.
"Mhm! Kindness is important... Never forget that, my lovely sister" he smiled, holding out his pinkie finger.
"Even if father does send you away?" she drops her smile, looking at his finger as she raises hers.
Hanes nods, gently taking her pinkie with his "Even if he does. Nothing will ever change me. I'll always be your big brother, whether you like it or not!" he laughed softly, grinning.
Helena let out a quiet giggle before hugging him tightly, pulling away after a moment.
"So... This... Thing. Father is sending you to. What exactly is it, Hanes?" she questions, her face filled with confusion.
"Ah... I do not think you should wo-"
"Hanes" she frowns.
"..." he sighs slightly "Alright, Helena. But you must promise me you will not freak out"
Helena says nothing, but she gives him a nod.
"A camp. Well, I say a camp. More like... A different... Village? Far, far away. They deal with... Problems with. Well..." he smirks slightly as he knocks on his head.
"... Oh?"
"Yeah. There's something wrong with me I guess? No idea... But... It gets bad alot" he sighs slightly, pulling his knees up to his chest, hugging his legs with one arm and pulling at the grass with the other.
"Hanes... Is this about your nightmares?" she asks, resting a hand on his knee.
"I... I think so? Except... It was more real this time, Helena. Everything was so real. He was just... Lying. Dead infront of me" he frowns, digging his nails into his skin as instead of the normal red blood, a black liquid dripped down his arm "See... Nothing about me is normal, Helena. I'm not n-normal!" he stammered.
"... Hanes... Do not change if you do go. Promise me?" she gently holds his hands, looking at him worriedly.
"Helena... Of course I will never change. Especially if you do not want me to" he laughs softly, tilting his head slightly.
Helena smiles, letting go and pulling herself to her feet, stumbling slightly as he hand immediately goes straight to her head, letting out a pained gasp.
"Helena?! Are you alright?!" Hanes asked, worry taking over.
She nods, glancing at him as she grabbed onto his shirt "Yes- I am fine let's go home..." she smiles slightly, wincing in pain as her and Hanes made their way back towards their castle.

Helena made her way down the hall, she was wearing a long white night gown, her long beautiful green hair a curly mess falling down her shoulders.
She gently knocked on a big black door, tilting her head.
"Hanes? I had a nightmare... Can I sleep with you? I am too scared to stay in my room" she breathes out shakily, pushing open the door. As soon as she steps in, her eyes widen.
Hanes is rushing around his bedroom, quiet as he packs a suitcase. He stops, glancing over at Helena.
He's wearing a black turtle neck and skin tight jeans. A long black hooded cloak and knee high brown heeled boots.
"Helena? What are you-"
"More... Like what are you doing?" she says quietly, confusion and sadness taking over. What the hell was he doing?
"I... I can't explain-"
"He's running away" Rin frowns, peeking out from behind Helena, his shoulder length green hair a mess, covering one of his eyes, wearing a white long sleeved pajama top and bottoms "Right?" he whimpers, his lips quivering.
"Running away- HANES-" she gasps as his hand covers her mouth.
"Look- Helena. I PROMISE I will stay in contact. I said I will never change. But I'm... I'm not going back to that camp- it's driving me insane" he whispers, his eyes wide "They keep telling me to leave-"
"Who does?!"
"Everyone! Everyone, Helena! I'm getting out of here- Wait- wait you can come with us- You can move out of here- before they find out! Quick- go pack-" he grabs her arms, a bright smile on his face "We can get out of this, Helena!" he laughs.
"Hanes- Hanes STOP. You're scaring me- please-" she looks at him with such sad eyes "And- And what do you mean by 'Us'?"
"He means me too" a voice comes from the corner. A young teen, around Hanes' age steps out, his skin pale, his maroon coloured hair falling in his eyes. He gave a smile, showing off his fangs which caused Rin to scream in fear, Hanes quickly quieting him down.
"You... You're leaving me..." Helena says sadly, looking up at Hanes who grabs his back, chucking it on his back and walking over to the boy.
She raises her hand, slapping him across his face. Her face filled with anger, sadness and also confusion.
"THIS- THIS IS NOT FAIR" she let's out a gasp, holding her breath.
Hanes freezes. Before smacking her back, gasping in surprise of his actions and holding his hand to his chest.
"Helena- My dear sister, I'm going to stay in contact. I promise" he frowns "I just... Cannot physically stay here anymore. I feel... I can TELL they are going to kill me"
"You aren't making any sense?!" Helena yelled. For the first time in. Well. Ever. She seemed angry "YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE ME-" she stepped forward.
Reiki frowned "Hanes... You shou-"
"No- Reiki- you said we could run away! It was my idea! But you're taking me right?!" Hanes quickly spun around, holding his face "Together! You and me! We'll get married and live together forever!" he laughed nervously, his cheeks red.
Reiki frowned slightly, glancing at Helena. But nods and rests his hands on his "Right."
Hanes sighs, relieved as he smiles at Rin and Helena "Goodbye, siblings. I love you both dearly!" he whispers, waving. Before both the teens climb out the window.
Helena rushed to the open window, going into a coughing fit "WAIT- NO- HANES- HANES-" she screamed, Rin running over to make sure she doesn't fall out.
The door was flung open just as Helena stumbled back, holding her chest, gasping for breath. Before suddenly dropping. The guards rushed into the room, immediately tending to Helena and ushering Rin out of the room.

Helena is sat on a chair in the large dining room. She's a young lady now. Her long green hair half pinned back, slowly losing its forest green colour. Her bright green eyes gleaming in the light. She's wearing a long white frilly dress with long sleeves, showing off her pale shoulders.
It's been years since she heard from Hanes and honestly, she'd given up. It's not like she'll see him again. Right? He's just. Gone.
She lets out a sad sigh and goes to sip her cup of tea when the doors open.
"Helena? May I speak to you?" Rin walks in, his hands behind his back. A small smile on his face.
"Oh, Rin. Of course you can, what is it?" she tilts her head as she carefully places the tea cup back on the plate, pulling out her chair and standing up. Rin makes sure she doesn't fall, walking her out of the room, linked arms, making sure she's careful.
"I spoke to Cloud" he whispers "It's happening. We're getting our of here. Isn't that fantastic?" he smiles sweetly
"Oh Rin, of course it is! But... We've never stepped foot out of the castle. How will we-"
"I'm meeting up with a woman called Kathlyne. She knows her way around"
"We cannot trust a-"
"She may have information on Hanes" he speaks up.
Both of them stop. Silent. Before Helena let's out a shaky sigh "Alright... We leave tomorrow night. No later, no sooner" she looks up at him "You promise?"
"I promise. I would NEVER leave without you, my wonderful sister" he smiles, stepping back and turning around, making his way into another room. Helena sighs, slowly walking towards her room "New life... I am not marrying a man I have never met... So... This will be a good thing. I think?" she frowns slightly. But sighs.
She holds her chest, letting out a shaky gasp as she coughs into her hands, her body tense as she pulls her hand from her mouth, looking at the blood on her pale hands and on her face
"I suppose... I probably won't live another few years..." she whispers to herself, closing her eyes as she walks over to her window, looking out "One day... One day I will find a cure... I swear on it... And one day, I will also find you, Hanes" she frowns as she rests her hand on her desk "I swear on my life... When I see you... Perhaps that'll be my last day?" she frowns, looking up at the stars in the sky "As long as my brother is safe, I don't care." she admits to herself. Looking up at the sky.
