NIALL

"I can't believe I'm not gonna run today. I'm so maaaaad." I whine childishly to Louis the second I take a seat opposite him at our usual table.

"Niall, you're already gonna be taking part in the race. It won't matter." He states, rolling his eyes.

"That is, if, we even get through. Plus, I just don't get it. Why can't I run today?"

"Do I look like I'm your coach?" Louis retorts. "Anyway, here. I got you lunch." He says, sliding over a McDonald's box.

"McChicken with cheese, with an extra side of sauce, large fries and a large cup of coke." Louis says. I raise a brow in surprise, staring at him wide eyed. Louis never offers to buy lunch. Never. He's that friend who offers to carry the tray of food back, only to eat the fries off the other person's share, and then taking the full one for himself. Not gonna lie though, I do that too.

"What?" He raises a brow at me.

"Did Louis Tomlinson just buy me lunch?" I gasp exaggeratedly.

He snorts out a laugh. "So what?" He shrugs.

"You're the best." I grin, reaching out to dig into my lunch.

"I know, I love me too. Anyway as I was saying," He pauses to take a gulp from his drink. "Didn't you mention before that Harry had the fastest timing in the whole qualification round the last time? It's no wonder your coach would choose him to represent today."

I huff. "Yeah... well, he is really good. Really fast." I say, a small, proud smile on my lips.

"Do you mean as a runner or as in... when fucking your brains out?" He asks with a knowing smirk, playfully waggling his eyebrows.

I gasp slightly at his crude words, my cheeks turning into all shades of red. I reach across the table to smack him on his chest. "A-As a runner, of course." I stutter in embarrassment.

"Really? Because if I remember correctly, you seemed to have a pretty good time with him on Saturday in the back kitchen?" He raises a brow knowingly with a smug smirk on his lips as I smile shyly.

"How'd you know?" I ask, embarrassed.

"For one," He points to my neck. "His love bite and scent on you is a dead give away." My hands unconsciously raise up to touch the mark gently, trying to fight back a smile.

"And two, we could hear your bickering from outside, something about eyes and shit. And suddenly, it all went quiet. Anyone could have guessed what was happening back there." He smirks knowingly.

"And also, also," He bounces up and down excitedly in his seat. "I haven't teased you about this yet, but don't think I didn't see you two all cuddled up the night he bunked in our room. You looked so cuddly and happy. Look, I even snapped a picture." If it was even possible, I'm blushing an even deeper shade of red as he puts his burger down and pulls out his phone.

"Lou.. that's... weird, and not to mention creepy." He simply shrugs at my remark.

"Don't call me that until you've seen the picture. Look," he turns his phone to show me his screen. It displays a picture of Harry and I cuddled up on my tiny bed, the both of us looked so... peaceful. I mean... my double chin was pretty bad in there, but peaceful nonetheless.
