Talking to Taehyung didn't help Uri at all. He only made her angrier. He infuriated her to an extent, but he never did anything to her. Uri knew that, but he couldn't help but blame him for everything that went wrong.

Jeongsu hadn't caught onto Uri's emotions or the fact that she knew her real life. Maybe he did catch on, but he was playing it out to see what would happen.

He was that type of man. He played with his pawns and he loved getting reactions out of them. No one could tell what he was going to do next.

Uri wanted to get out of the mafia. She didn't remember her childhood. She couldn't even remember her parents' faces. Why the mafia picked her, she would never know. Why they murdered her parents, she would never want to know.

Was it because she was a gymnast? She was flexible and small, making her fit into small spaces and go around unnoticeable.

It didn't make sense to her. Uri's brain hurt. She wanted to know why Jeongsu picked her, but she didn't want to confront him. Would confronting him make sense to her? If she did it, would everything make sense?

Why was Taehyung the constant thought on her mind? Was it because he opened her eyes to the life she'd been living? Was it because he was the first person to ask her about herself?

She was getting too attached to a mission she completed. She wanted to get away from him. Uri didn't want to take care of him anymore. He was like a puppy that needed to be taken care of.

Was Uri his owner? Did she accidentally pick up a stray? There were too many questions left unanswered.

Her hand hesitated as she stopped in front of Jeongsu's door. She stared at the door as if she could see through it. Her knuckles hesitantly knocked quietly on the door.

"Come in."
