Uri breathed calmly through her nose as she eyed the police station in front of her. Taehyung had his hand on her shoulder and he rubbed it gently.

"Are you sure about this?" he asked.

"No, but I'm going to have to do this," she replied.

"You don't have to," he whispered, applying pressure on her shoulder.

"Yes, I do," Uri whispered back, squeezing his hand on her shoulder.

Taehyung sighed and withdrew his hand from her shoulder, swinging it back to his side. He stared at the police station. He was sure they both looked like well-dressed homeless people.

Uri took in a deep breath and strolled into the police station, gaining a lot of people's attention because of her red hair. "I have a crime to report," she said to a police officer near her.

The police officer looked at her supervisor first before nodding and taking Uri in by the arm. Taehyung followed the two but was stopped by another officer. Taehyung meekly stared at him and nodded in response as Uri was taken into a different room.

"You're... You're a member of the mafia?" the officer repeated, her voice shaking. "This is a serious crime, and—"

"I know, Officer Kim," Uri whispered with a nod. "I'm turning myself in for the greater good. I am willing to tell you whatever you need to know. I want to take down the mafia."

"How can we trust you?" she questioned.

"You can't, but you have to. The government has been trying to catch South Korea's top mafia for years now. I'm the only chance you have to bring down those terrible people."

Officer Kim nodded and stood up from the metal table. "I'll be back. Don't move."

"It's not like I can. You handcuffed me," Uri responded with a tight-lipped smile.
