Chapter 19
After the incident with Becks and Dylan earlier we decided to ditch the markets and go to the movies but when we got there we ended up in time zone, playing arcade games. We never made it to the movies
Kenzie and I got home about 6pm, had dinner then decided since we didn't see a movie earlier that we would have a movie night in her room. I sat down on Kenzie's bed while she got the movies we settled on the movie Roommate it turned out to be creepy, the things she did just to have a friend was messed up, after that we watched Drop Dead Fred and Chalet Girl, obviously Chalet Girl was not my choice, but it was a good movie I bet Ally would like it.
After the last movie finished Kenzie went to get us both a drink while I put the next movie in The Duff... although this movie is kind of a girl movie I like it, I watch it all the time with Ally when we are bored and don't feel like watching anything else. Ugh I wish I could stop thinking about Ally.
Kenzie came in with the drinks she put mine next to me on her bedside table and then walked around and sat down next to me, she grabbed the remote and pressed play
When the movie finished I got up and put the disc back in its case and then walked back over to the bed and grabbed my phone off the bedside table and looked at the time it was almost 3am.
"Wow we should go to sleep" I said looking down at Elle while locking my phone and putting it in my pocket
"mmm we should" she said with a smile on her face
"K I'm going to go back to the other room I will see you tomorrow... or today whatever either way goodnight" I said
"Night" she said curling up with a smile on her face
I left her room and went back to mine I got changed and then jumped straight to bed I laid there thinking that today was a good day.
*NEXT DAY*
I was woken up by Elle screaming "ZAC GET UP QUICK HURRY, HURRY UP" I shot up out of bed and grabbed my phone and then ran out the door expecting Kenzie to following me, when she didn't I stopped and heard laughter I walked back to the room to see her rolling around on the ground... LAUGHING!
I mumbled somethings under my breath as I walked back over to the bed and got back in it then pulled the covers up, I was going back to sleep. After Kenzie had stopped laughing she came over and sat on top of me.
"Aww did I wake Zac from his sleep?" she said trying not to laugh
"Mmmm" was all I said rolling over onto my other side.
"Aww poor baby would you like me to make you feel better?" she said in a baby voice
"Yes" I said pretending to be upset
"Well then get up, Breakfast is ready" she said poking me
"I thought you meant something else" I said looking up at her
"I know what you thought" she said walking out of the room I heaved a sigh before getting up getting dressed and walking downstairs to the kitchen.
When I got down stairs I saw everyone at the table eating the only seat left was next to Kenzie.
"Ahh the king arises from his peaceful slumber" Carol says
"Yea it really was a peaceful slumber too, but the wakeup call was far from peaceful" I said looking at Kenzie who was smirking at me
"Makenzie what did you do to him?" Carol asked with a serious look on her face
"Me?!... I didn't do anything I just went and woke him up just like Dave (Zac's Dad) told me to" she said trying to hold in the laughter.
