Ally's POV

It has been a week since we had the BBQ when Zac and Emily went and spoke in the kitchen. Since then Zac has gotten back to being his normal self. We have been hanging out and having fun like we used to and I have been spending more time with Bryan and not having to worry about Zac getting moody.

It's been 2 days since I last saw Zac, we have texted but he said he has been busy and that's why he hasn't been around lately.

I decided to go and see what he's been doing. I drove to his house got out of the car and went to the front door, I knocked and waited.

When no one answered I turned to walk away when the door opened I spun back around and there stood Zac laughing I then looked behind him and there stood a girl.

As soon as I saw her I felt a pain in my stomach like someone had just punched me.

"Hey I said looking at Zac giving a slight wave

"Hey what are you doing here? he asked

Wow that was a blow, not the reaction I was expecting

"Uhhh... I just came to see if you wanted to hang out but you're busy so I'll talk to you later" I said turning and walking away before he could say anything.

"Hey wait he's not busy he's only watching TV" the girl called out

I turned around and looked at Zac

He sighed and then said, "Come on" I walked inside Zac and the girl walked into the lounge room and sat down

"Zac can I talked to you please?!" I asked, "In your room" he looked up at me then got up

"We will be back soon k"

"Whatever" the girl said

We went to his room and he flopped down on his bed "So what's up? he asked

"What's up?! What's up? Are you kidding me?!" I shouted but only so we could hear "first of all what have you been doing that you're too busy for your best friend and second who is that?" I asked gesturing in the direction of the lounge room

Who?"

"The one in the lounge room"

"Oh that's Addie"

"When did that start?" I asked

"When did what start?" he asked confused

"When did you two start dating? And why didn't you tell me"

"I didn't tell you because there is nothing going on because she is my baby cousin" he hissed

"Oh" was all I could say

"Now is that all you came here for?

"No I came here to find out where you've been for the last two days"

"I've been busy I told you that" he said chucking his head back on to the bed in frustration.

"Is everything ok with us you haven't been avoiding me because of Bryan, have you?"

"Ally I am not doing this again, I am begging you to DROP IT! Not everything has to do with you and Bryan"

"Well It's hard to drop it when your best friend is ignoring you" I said feeling out of breath.

He didn't say anything he just sat there

"That's it you have nothing to say?" I asked throwing my arms up

"What do you want me to say? Ally I am sorry I guess we are just too busy to hang out lately. But you're here now so let's go do something" he said trying to stop us from fighting and I wasn't going to push my luck.
