-Evangeline's POV-

"As it should." Matt spoke arrogantly. I looked at the two boys confused as they looked at him with their eyebrows raised.

"What-" Sandy started, but Matt interrupted by turning to them.

"I've got what I needed almost done. All you have to do is press play." Matt said and turned a computer towards us.

Payne looked at him suspiciously yet still pressed the play button. My face immediately popped up and I was with Grayson. It was the time I went out on a limb and made out with him in the bathroom.

It was a camera that was placed on Grayson.

He was with him all along?!

I felt some sort of betrayal because for a split second, I liked Grayson. He was sweet and helped me when no one would. He used me in the end to gain control over something he would never have.

Payne looked over to me and I looked down in shame, tears at my eyes. But he did something I never thought he would do, he took my hand and held it tight as we watched the next one.

This one was when Grayson had tried to kiss me. I pushed him back though and I thought I heard Payne chuckle as he watched Grayson's surprised face.

After the video ended of exposing me, Matt turned to us.

"Evangeline, all I wanted to do was help you. To make you happy. But you made me hurt you and destroy you. So now I had to emphasize who's boss. It's me, it's been me all along-." He started but was interrupted by Payne.

"Wrong," He said and walked right up to Matt, "it's me. And it has been me for over 500 years. Back up, you fucking twat, because no one talks to my Evangeline like that."

The two men stared at each other. Payne spoke up as his hand twitched at his side. His voice was so low and threatening as he looked into Matt's eyes.

"Too bad you never had your chance." He whispered and with a twitch of his hand, Matt's head was twisted and his neck snapped.

Matt dropped to the ground completely dead as Payne smashed the computer.

"Let's go." He ordered and snatched my hand. I walked shockingly behind him as Sandy whistled a tune. The building was quiet. No one was around because they were all dead.

As we walked outside, Max showed up walking casually up to the doors.

"Good job, guys." He smiled and Sandy walked up to him giving Max a kiss.

Payne looked at his twin with a soft look. Sandy was so happy as him and Max hugged.

"I'm happy for them." I whispered and clutched onto Payne's hand tighter. He squeezed my hand and looked at me.

"I am too. I'm happy to have you with me." He said and looked down into my eyes.

"I love you." He whispered quietly and I got on my top toes to give him a kiss.
