(Open scene at Ron's house with Brandi, Ron, and Sara sitting on the couch)
Brandi: Of course, Sara. We can definitely get ice cream after dinner tonight.
Sara: Really?!
Ron: *on the phone* Of course, Princess.
Sara: Yay!
Ron: Just one scoop though
Sara: Okay daddy. I'm gonna go get ready.
(Exit Sara)
(Brandi goes on her phone as well)
Ron: Are you really going to bring Sara out?
Brandi: Yeah
Ron: What about the "no dairy" thing?
Brandi: I didn't say I'd get any.
(Enter Kelli, Joseph, and Ashlynn)
(Enter Xasandra, Athena, Delora, and Aleen)
Xsandra: Told ya she'd be a blonde
Delora: I can't wait to meet her!
Aleen: She'll probably hate us...
(Ron and Brandi get off of their phones; stand up and walk towards the kids)
Ron: Kelli, Joseph, Ashlynn, this is Brandi. Brandi, these are my kids.
Athena: *timidly hides behind Delora*
Kelli: Hi
Joseph: Hello
Ashlynn: *one wave of the hand*
Xsandra: Ugh, we look so stupid.
Brandi: It's nice to finally meet you all. Your father has told me so much about each of you. Are you the hockey player? *connecting to Joseph*
Joseph: That would be me
Brandi: *turns to Kelli* and you're the interior designer?
Kelli: Yes
Brandi: *turns to Ashlynn* and...um...sorry, I've forgotten. It's Jessie, right?
Aleen: It's not like we're memorable anyways...
Ashlynn: Actually I'm Ashlynn, but many people mix up Jessie and me.
Xsandra: Are you kidding?! You wish you looked like someone else.
Delora: We look fine!
Xsandra: Shhh! trying to watch here.
Ron: Brandi and I were going to take Sara out for ice cream after dinner. Would any of you guys like to tag along?
Kelli: I could go for some ice cream.
Joseph: Same
Xsandra: It'll make us fat. Although we're already fat...It will make us fatter.
Ron: Ash, what about you?
(phone pings)
Kelli: *looks down at her phone* Dammit
Ron: What is it?
Kelli: I forgot I had a date tonight with Logan.
Ron: You're still with her? Didn't you two break up months ago?
Kelli: That was Tanya, Dad.
Ron: Oh, sorry.
Xsandra: He really never pays attention to anything.
