He doesn't really get jealous cause he thinks he is too attractive for you to cheat on him ...that is except on rare occasions when he feels concerned about y'know you finding another guy more attractive and all which in that case he is a total mess cause he just can't even imagine life without you he just he loves you too much.

He kills anyone who talks to you or looks at you wrong
Tom
He gets black out drunk and cries himself to sleep if he thinks you even get close to cheating on him
Edd
It breaks him apart if you ever prefer to be with any guy other than him. He gets really depressed for a while and isn't his usual happy self
