Chapter Five: One way ticket to Hell (not school).
I feel like I am floating. Not on water, oh no. On something hot, something that just didn't feel right. That my body could understand, but I couldn't in my mind. The feeling was uncomfortable, the floating. I want to feel the ground, but no matter how hard I tried; I couldn't do it.

"Lexi," A sweet voice filled my tiny pink bedroom. I look up from my Barbie dolls as I was brushing her hair to the white door at the corner of the room. Mae's head poked around, her red hair looking darker against the wall. "Do you want to play?"
I grinned, nodding, returning to my Barbie dolls. "Sure, bring your dolls and we can play with the Barbie house."
Mae ran off, giggling in the process. When she returned, she had handfuls of Barbie clothes and her favourite doll: Cleo.
Skipping to where I was: at the Barbie house, Mae dressed her doll before settling into the plastic bed. I laughed as I re-dressed mine, with a long green dress that ended at her ankles. "Cleo!" I said, making my figure walk up the pink steps.
"Yes?" Mae spoke, moving her Barbie doll into a sitting position. "I am trying to sleep!"
"I am going out to shop, want anything?" I giggle, clasping my delicate hand over my mouth. "Maybe your favourite chocolate?"
Mae grabbed her doll, slamming it into mine. "Please!" She then burst out laughing. "I am having a stomach ache what Mummy has! She says chocolate helps a lot!"
"Okay," I grinned, making my Barbie, Destiny, trot to the pink car. I drove her around a bit, made Destiny buy chocolate with the help of Danny the doll, the shop keeper, before driving back to the house. "Cleo!" I sang, once again trotting up the stairs.
Mae looked at me, leaning towards me. I narrowed my eyes as she was whispering: "Wake up!"

I was awake, but I didn't have my eyes open. No. Something was not right. Everything feels wrong.
"Has Ryder realised we have his daughter?" A deep voice filled my ears, making me forget the floating feeling. Oh God, where am I?
"I am pretty sure he is looking for her right now as we speak." Kyle's deep voice filled the room. I could imagine a muscle-y guy, by the door. Kyle staring at me whatever I am lying on, a sofa? "It's already been two days."
I mentally narrowed my eyebrows, two days? Since- the fight. I growled, eyes opening up to the light, blinding out most things in the room. My eyes landed on Kyle, amusement clear on his face.
"Speak of the devil, she's awake." Kyle smirked, looking over at his friend, tall, muscle-y (as I had guessed) with brown hair with blond highlights in. "You finally woke up." Eyes flickering over to Kyle, he made his way over and crouched besides the arm chair I was in.
"What do you want?" I snapped. I was about to punch him then and there, but my best hand was handcuffed to a door handle- which was attached to the wall. So, I settled for a slap with my free hand. "Let me go!"
Kyle, jaw working as he rubbed his red cheek, glared at me, standing up. Obviously looking like The Green Giant in that sweet-corn advert. "Aaron, go get that rod under the stairs." His friend bowed his head, leaving the room.
"My Dad and the whole pack will murder you when you are found," I growled out, handcuffs digging in my wrist. I didn't wince.
I am not showing this guy fear.
