Chapter 29

*Jasmin's POV*

I gasped and rushed towards Daniel and Mike, putting the gun down on the floor.

"Oh my god oh my god!" I rushed out

"I'm sorry" Daniel said while looking up at me "Jasmin, I'm sorry"

"DANIEL! DANIEL, D-DON'T DIE ON ME!" Mike shouted while tears rushed out of his eyes

"Mike, his shirt! Help me take it off" I yelled at Mike

He sobbed and ripped the shirt off.

My heart dropped down to my toes.

He was shot in the chest.

"I-I'm sorry for ever-everything I did to you, Jasmin. I never meant to call you out of your name or rape you. I was being led by someone I wanted to be happy again. I wanted to make him happy. And I'm so sorry for being so stupid and *coughs* selfish towards you. I hope you and your baby are safe now" He said

"I won't let you die" I told him while pressing his shirt on his chest

It didn't help. There was too much blood.

"Momma!" I yelled

"I'm calling them, Jasmin! They're 5 minutes away" She told me

"Mike, I-I want you and Marco to go to Colorado and help with Aunty's orphanage. Me and her will be looking down at you, I promise. *coughs* I'm sorry for...for....for being with dad and not takin your side. I love you very much. Don't grieve over me, big brother. I'm always....*coughs* always here"

Daniel lifted his hand slowly and pressed it against Mike's heart.

"N-NO! No, you're not dying" Mike said through gritted teeth while shaking his head "I won't let you die"

"I-It's ok" Daniel said while smiling weakly "I feel no pain, Mike. A-And I see the light.....so white"

I pressed down harder on his chest and even took my shirt off to help but when I saw Daniel's smile go away slowly, I heard my head down and cried silently.

No matter how bad he was to me, I didn't wish death on him.

"I love you, big brother. Always and forever" Was the last thing Daniel said

We heard him let out his last breath.

"No" Mike said "N-No! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! DANIEL, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO ME! COME BACK! COME BACK! PLEASE!"

I felt hands wrap around my waist and turned in momma's arms, crying in her chest, my hands covered in blood.

"FUCK YOU!!!!" Mike suddenly screamed out before we heard gunshot after gunshot go off

We jumped and looked to see Mike standing up, tears falling down his eyes uncontrollably while he shot Robert over and over again.

He started with his feet and Robert was screaming as loud as he could. Then he went up his whole body, not missing a single piece of flesh. He shot every single bullet he could, reloading at lightening speed. When no more bullets were in there, he continued to shoot.

"MIKE!" We heard Marco's voice

Marco rushed to Mike and wrapped his body around his, pulling him into a tight hug. Mike sobbed loudly and threw the gun at Robert's lifeless body before sinking to the floor with Marco, his head in his chest.

"NO! NO!" He kept repeating

"Oh baby.." Momma whispered while rocking us back and forth

I put my head back in her chest and continued to cry softly.
