Son Oh Gong

She repeated his name again and again in her head, every time she hears it, it felt  like a punch in her heart. And it hurt. Jin Seon Mi was sure that she had never heard the name before but why did it feel eerie to her.

Jin Seon Mi absentmindly placed a hand over heart and she felt it beat against her palm. If her date had not excitedly pulled her out of there, she would have fainted in front of the man like her staring creepily at him was not bad enough.

"Next up, we have "The Lady In Red", painted by world renowned artist Park Dong Hu in the late 1928! Believed to be the inspired...."

Jin Seon Mi just decided focused on the auction that was happening right in front of her, the paintings will be auctioned to the highest bidder and the money will be donated for a charity. Dae Hyun got her a number as well, Jin Seon Mi just decided to join it, it wouldn't hurt to just sit and watch.

She watched as the paintings got bid on, the heights these people go through to get the paintings are crazy. Some people are spending thousands and millions of won just to get the paintings. It was ridiculous!

"Okay last but not the least, this unnamed painting of a man, quite handsome I might say, he is dressed as someone in the lower class society which is a rarity since only those who were wealthy got their portraits painted. This has to be one of or not the oldest painting with the higest market value."

Jin Seon Mi's eyes widened when suddenly the painting of her mystery man was brought up on stage, her heart pounded at the thought that this painting will be auctioned off broke her heart.

"Are they auctioning this too?" she turned to Dae Han who looked so excited.

"Oh of course, Jin Seon Mi-ssi, everyone who is anybody came here just for that sole painting." His eyes were shining, Jin Seon Mi was not sure whether to be concerned or not.

Someone started bidding with a big amount of money and Jin Seon Mi was shocked, soon after the bidders started bidding on the painting for a whopping millions of  won. She kept looking around to see that it was mostly the people in black suits who were bidding on the painting.

Somehow she started to panic, a huge part of her did not want for the painting to sell. She has only just found him and now they were taking the portrait away.

Oh gosh, I am being so silly.

She tried to calm herself and consoled herself that it was just a mere painting and nothing more. Soon after the possibilities of getting the painting was getting bigger.

"We have seven hundred million won right over here! Do I hear seven point five?" the MC asked. Jin Seon Mi raised her card out of instinct.

"Yes! And we have another bidder! That beautiful lady in the back! Do I hear nine?"

"Jin Seon Mi-ssi, what are you doing?" Dae Han asked, his eyes wide at her.

She shook her head, "I don't know . All I know is that I want that painting."

Jin Seon Mi realized she indeed wanted that painting, the thought of losing it scared her and she has to know why. It was that certain connection she did not realized she had.

"Eight million won." She suddenly heard a man say. It was that voice again. She turned to see that it was that man, Son Oh Gong who made a bid for the painting. He had his arms crossed, looking seriously at the painting. He did not take notice of her
