Two years later.

Mawang popped champagne a bottle and everyone cheered for Son Oh Gong. He was the new project manager of the architect department.

"Chukahe, Son Oh Gong!" Everyone congratulated him as they threw confetti all around the floor. He smiled and gave out a "Thank you"

Mawang who had retired from his post gave him a pat on a back, "Aish. You thug. Who knew you would be promoted?"

Son Oh Gong chuckled, "You and me both."

He took a sip of champagne as he watched his co workers celebrate his success. His heart was content, it took him two years to be promoted and he was happy. He now owns his own home which he designed himself, a name to himself and now all he needed was one thing.

"Ya! Son Oh Gong-nim why don't we celebrate your success over a blind date?" Pal Gye said suggestively.

Son Oh Gong glared, "Don't you dare, you tejie."

After that incident, Pal Gye did not attempt to set him up ever again or else Son Oh Gong would have had his head.

Pal Gye lifted both his hands in defeat, "Okay fine. Jeez relax will you?" He left to join in the crowd started cutting the cake.

Mawang chucked and turned to Son Oh Gong amused, "Still waiting, huh?"

Son Oh Gong nodded, "Yeah, still waiting for her."

Indeed he still was, he still was waiting for her for two years. Jin Seon MI soon left for Busan after that, cutting contact from Son Oh Gong completely. And though it had hurt, they both knew that it was the right decision. They both needed to grow up and make a life of their own.

Son Oh Gong was hopeful that, she too was waiting for him just like he was to her. A man can only dream.

The sun was going down and the party has ended. He was the only one left in the building. The air was cold as he exited. Taking his car keys, he paused. Suddenly he had a feeling that he wanted to walk home today.

As he was walking down the street, his head was down. His thoughts went to Jin Seon Mi. Wondering how she was and what she was doing. His heart goes out to her wherever she was, he had tried to hard not to find her after all this time they have been apart.

He had found solitude within himself and yet he still felt incomplete. There was only that one person who could help him become whole again, he was still waiting for her.

Son Oh Gong kept walking unsure where he was actually heading. When suddenly he spotted a familiar figure right across him, it was a woman whose back was turned.

He stopped just like his heart did.

No way.

When she turned, if felt as if his world has stopped too. Everything became a blur and all he could see was her. Recognition came across her face and it suddenly it was like their feet had a mind of its own as they walked to each other.

"Jin Seon Mi." her name felt good on his lips.

She has grown even more beautiful, her hair was cut shorter but it still went pass her shoulders. Her eyes shone brightly as she watched him in awe, not believing that he was actually here right in front of her.

"Son Oh Gong." Oh God, how he had missed her voice.

He let out a short laugh, still cannot believe the odds, "You're here."

Jin Seon Mi nodded, "It has been a long time. Have you been well?"

"I am doing well, Thank you. Wow, look at you, " he gestured to her. "You look great!"
