Somewhere far far away~
Unkown location"Warning. Status update. Subject-T, available. "
The electronic voice revibrated from the walls. At the sound of it several feet rushed to the room, but someone was already in front of the gigantic monitor.
"Computer, check location of activation. Give me coordinates." A deep and smooth voice commanded.
The room was as big as a smaller concert hall; besides the monitor covering half of the wall opposite to the entrance - and it's shallow and wide stairs taking up one third of the room - there were smaller computers and all kinds of tech stations too. The room in it's whole, looked rather spacious.
"Not available."
"Recalibrate."
"Recalibrating. System failure. Multiple malfunctions detected."
"What's the meaning of this?" A voice full of venom hissed suddenly from the right.
The man with the smooth voice sighed and let his hands fall to his side. In spite of the mask he was wearing, when he turned around one could feel the annoyance rolling off of him in waves.
Several groups of people stood behind the disturber. Some of them wrapped from head-to-toe in black and then there were the obvious money bags. They wore white ceramic masks and expensive or flashy suits, dresses. God, how he despised these people. But money's money. "The computer picked up a signal from Renegade's chip for a second, however I can't pinpoint his location. He could be anywhere. I suggest we wait for more specific information before making a rash decision."
"The guts you have-" a white masked woman screeched.
"You have no authority here lowlife dog! We only put up with you because of the chosen one." A man spit out.
"And DO NOT call him Renegade! It is a name for your kind, not for the child who brings purity!" It was a black clothed man this time.
"Must I remind you, that that chosen one of yours escaped and took every file he could get about you and every target info, leaving havoc behind himself. Everything one needs to know about this little game you're playing... is inside that boy's head." These pompous bastards...
"Silence, mercenary! It was clearly you who polluted his mind!"
"That's quite enough gentlemen." An all new voice decided to put an end to the pointless argument. "Wilson. You have no say in what we do here. I will decide the best course of action."
"Of course, Mr Al Ghul." Deathstroke replied, every word dripping with contempt. Everyone speaking so high and almighty was really getting on his nerves. Sooner or later they'll get what was coming for them, that's for sure.
Ra's Al Ghul nodded his head, and a massive group of black flooded into the room, then split up into separate black clothed people, revealing lab coats and military personnel in the midst of the crowd.
"I believe you all know your job." Was all he said before exiting the room, leaving a scowling Deathstroke behind as the newcomers took their place in front of the monitors.
