Chapter Thirty

I furrowed my brows immediately as soon as I heard my daughter crying.

I finished washing the last plate and grabbed a towel to dry my hands.

"Why are you crying, Xien?" I worriedly asked my daughter.

I looked at Jeijei who's looking at us biting his lower lip as if he's nervous.

I let out a faint smile at him and looked at my daughter who's still sobbing while wiping her tears away just to be replace with another.

"Jei Oppa doesnt want to play." She said stomping her feet at the ground.

"He doesnt like me!" She cried from the top of her lungs.

I looked at Jeijei and he immediately stood up walking towards our direction.

Our little princess is already three years old and Jeijei is already six.

Bona Eonnie has a shooting and Got7 is going to have their comeback stage that's why Jeijei is staying here.

"She slapped me, Aunt." Jeijei said.

My eyes widened as I looked at my daughter who stopped crying because of what her Jeijei Oppa revealed.

I cupped Jeijei's cheeks and looked at him just to realized that his right cheek is now bright red probably because of my daughter's slap.

I bit my lower lip and covered my face with both of my hands rolling my eyes.

I gave my daughter a stern look and held both of her arms.

She's looking at me with a pout and trying to act cute. She looks really cute with whatever she does but what she did is not right.

"Why did you slap your Oppa?" I sighed.

She pouted even more and looked at Jeijei crossing her arms.

"Shh, Cynthia Xien. Dont look at him that way. He's older than you." I warned her.

She lowered her head and wiped her eyes even though she doesnt have any tears anymore.

"Again, why did you slap him?" I asked maintaining a strict voice.

She let out a deep sigh like she's having a very hard time. She should stop hanging out with her Uncle Jackson. She's getting his attitude!

"Because he doesnt want to play with me!" She whined once again.

I knelt down and looked at my daughter straight in the eye. Jeijei is just looking at us with an apologetic look on his face.

"Why would he play with you if you hurted him, huh?" I said.

"Xien, remember this. You cant have anything especially if you didnt ask for it in a good way and hurting people is a very bad thing."

Xien glared at me and crossed her arms which made my blood boil.

"You're acting like a brat, Xien. Stop it!" I warned her.

"Your Jeijei Oppa has a fever that's why he cant play with you!" I said in a strict voice.

I urge Jeijei to come to me and I lifted him up feeling his heat. I hissed when I felt that his fever is still not going down.

I kissed his temples and made his chin rest on my shoulders. This six years old little man will forever be in my heart.

I gently lie him down on the sofa putting the blanket on him. I caressed his hair and let out a smile.
