A lot happens in six months,
So much can change;
People, places, events.
People become someone different, someone unknown.
Places seem stange, their connection changes.
Special events mean different things, the meanings alienated.
After 12 months, the whole world will change.
You get lost in memories of times past.
Everything becomes distant.
People move on, become distant.
Their memories of you fade.
Your memories of them stay strong.
You lose what friends you used to have
And wonder if new friends are to come
You greet the solitude
But fear abandonment.
Something from the past comes up
It scares you
Confuses you
You don't know what to do
You don't know who you are
You're afraid of change
