I sit down at lunch next to Jughead who has the latest edition of the Riverdale Register in his hands.
"I just loved you're spin piece in the paper, Olivia Pope." Jughead says to Veronica as he tosses the paper down.
"Can we not, Jughead?" Veronica says irritated.
"Did you know about Southside High closing?" Jughead asks. Now this I wanna hear. "Or the prison?"
"Of course not! That was all her parents doing, right, V?" Betty turns to Veronica who doesn't answer, which is strange because she's usually so vocal about anything to do with the Lodges.
"She didn't know, Jughead, okay? So back off." Archie says.
"Fine." Jughead sighs. "I have to conserve my energy anyhow. I'm going on a hunger strike to protest Southside High closing and get if reopened."
I snicker, "Seriously?"
Archie scoffs.
"What?" Jughead asks.
Archie starts laughing, "I'm sorry, man. It's just- You're, like always eating. I mean, good luck with that, but-"
Betty cuts him off, "Hey, it is Jughead's prerogative to protest peacefully, and we're going to support that, aren't we?"
"Veronica?" Ethel Muggs walks up to the table.
"Hey, Ethel." Veronica greets her.
"For your crimes against the town of Riverdale, for everything that you and your parents have done and continue to do, we find you guilty." I furrow my brows as I try to understand what her point is. "Your sentence is this." I gasp and my eyes go wide as Ethel chucks her milkshake in Veronica's face.

"You know I hate what Ronnie's parents are doing as much as the next person but she doesn't deserve a milkshake in her face. And especially after what Veronica did for her after that whole playbook thing." I lean up against the wall as I talk to Sweet Pea.
"Playbook thing?" He asks.
"Chuck and a bunch of his goonies had this secret playbook where they ranked the girls they went out with and they would write gross comments about them." I explain.
"Classy." He says sarcastically.
"What do you know about being classy?" I ask teasingly.
He rolls his eyes, "Yeah, whatever." He dips down and kisses me softly.
When he pulls back I notice Betty and Veronica talking to Reggie down the hall. "I'm gonna go check on Ronnie." I say and start to walk to them.
I stop in my tracks when Veronica punches Reggie and he falls to the ground.
