55-wedding day/irl pt 1

****PETE'S POV****

today was the day.

i woke up in excitement, jumping out of bed.

today was the day i was marrying the love of my life.

"wake up, babe," i whispered to mikey, him sleeping soundly next to me, "today's the day, we have a few hours before we have to be at the venue."

mikey's eyes slowly opened and he smiled at me, kissing me in the cheek.

"how are you feeling?" he asked tiredly.

"okay. i'll make you breakfast."

"thank you, petey."

"no problem. you want pancakes?"

"can you make chocolate chip ones?"

"yeah, sounds good, actually."

i almost skipped into the kitchen because of how ecstatic i was. i mean, can you blame me?

today is going to be the best day of my life by a long shot.

and, of course, i'll be spending it all with mikey.

"guys, cmon! we're almost late!" gerard yelled at mikey, frank, and i from the living room.

the limo was here at our house already, waiting patiently outside.

mikey and i rushed out of our room, frank taking a piss in the bathroom.

"wait up! i'm zipping up my pants now!"

the toilet was then heard being flushed as frank quickly washed his hands and sped out down the stairs and into the living room where we were standing.

"ready, boys?" frank asked, gerard nodding.

"fuckin ready," mikey said, causing us to giggle a bit.

we all went outside and into the limo, it driving off to pick up our best friends from that one group chat that brendon and ryan started, introducing us to the best people we will ever have met.
